So, just because I'm a nerd, and I'm confused... is there anywhere that peoples' costumes are lited? Perhaps people could comment to this as to what they are, and if there's anything special about their costume? It would help people, I think, with interactions. Val, by the way, is Princess Leia.

Joe has been turned into a rose in a tiny poncho and hat for defying the bar when it put him in a rose costume.

Yesterday when he was in the bar Regulus was a muffin. If he's in today he will be a bright pink frog.

Spike was dressed as his arch-nemesis, the world's most stupid self-professed bounty hunter Andy von de Oniyate.

If he thinks the bar is going to dress him up like that twice, he isn't going to set foot in the place until it's all over.

Anthy is a ro-bot whore. (Er. A while ago when she and Thom curryswitched, Thom went around saying "Hi, I'm Anthy the heartless ro-bot whore!" That's why.)

Special things: It is shiny. And now, thanks to

Van Helsing is a werewolf - he's not liking it, but he is one

Connor is the front half of a horse, he's paired up with Kronos (

angryadolescent) who is the horse's ass-end. *g*

Bob, alas, is not dressed up, though Charlie suggested he tell people he's Yorrick.

Granny probably won't be downstairs, as she's looking for Lochiel, but if she does, she'll be Lady Esmerelda, from when she was all fancied up in Maskerade.

If anyone wants to help with the iconage, since I most definitely lack pictures, that would be groovy. lunziek on AIM or granny_esme on Y!M.

Or she might show up as McGonagall.

Ash is around somewhere, dressed as a lumberjack ater a random question from Charlie. And I'm thinkinig of bringing

thunderbird_1 in as his puppet self from the TV show, because the potential for brain-breakage is just too good.

Anakin is dressed in breastplate and helm. Bruce will be dressed as Sherlock Holmes. If Jenny comes in, she'll be dressed as a superheroine, and spend the night cursing.

Arithon is The Shadow. For reasons even funnier than the obvious.

Dream, 'Dite, Barnabas, etc. have all informed this mun that they will die before dressing up.

Snow and Bigby's costumes make sense if you've seen Princess Mononoke.

Yrael has been made into the quintessential Halloween Black Cat.

If Kestrel comes back downstairs again, she will either be dressed like a cat or turned into a cat.

And if she does, then Yrael should come talk to her, since she only understands English(ish) and only speaks Cat...

And therefore he's one of not-so-many who could actually talk to her.

Utena was forced by the bar to wear a white Anthy dress (http://www.ohtori.nu/gallery/maison/Couple04.jpg). It's got canon significance, but don't worry about that. Also, Akio (the man) is not part of her costume.

I was in a prison for six months after my airplane failed to take off -- somebody had cut my fuel line. It was one of the Manchurian prisons the Japanese had to imprison their occupied peoples and captured foreigners before Hitler's magic both escalated and ended World War II.

This is a sort of bizarre geographic reminder. Not as sadistic as a Japanese officer's uniform would have been, though.

I've finally stopped blaming ~~Polly~~ Miss Perkins for that event. She swears she didn't cut my fuel line in trade for an interview with one of the war leaders and... all right, I finally believe her.

Well, Elaine is dressed as Roxy Hart from Chicago. The heels are impossible to walk in, but the dress is quite nice, thank you, and the silk stockings are divine. ;-)

Of course, Elaine is horribly embarassed at first--it's like walking around in her chemise.

Shipwreck is also half of a pantomime horse. Specifically, he is the lower half of "Salty" the My Little Pony sailor-pony, complete with pink boat tattooed on his flanks and a sailor's hat reading S.S. PONY.

Beavis and Butt-Head were Aziraphale and Crowley.

Megatron has been sulking in the back corner, ashamed to stand and show off that his halloween costume is a cardboard-box representation of G1 Megatron.

Dolemite probably won't be showing up, but if he was going to, it would be as something along the lines of a cop or possibly a high school science teacher, the least cool people on the planet.
