If anyone is interested-

I'm about to send Ellen on a trip to Canterbury Commons as an escort for a water caravan in her world. William Evans will be coming with her. I'm also going to be launching another water caravan westward, with a couple of humans and Fawkes, calmhrtprevails, as part of the escort. They're going to Little Lamplight, the cave complex full of children. If anyone is interested in spending some time in the Capital Wasteland, let me know- you can either come along with Fawkes from the beginning as assistants, or we can arrange to have your character accidentally blunder into the Wasteland and have a suitably horrifying experience until they get picked up by a nine foot tall greenskin and some guys in armor. There's mutants, lawless raiders, giant insects, two-headed cows, and all sorts of other unspeakable things out there waiting to meet you. Fun for the whole family!

My usual (daytime) except this weekend I am home alone Friday night to Sunday morning. I do wonder what use a spear and shield would be in Ellen's world though. Maybe Thalia can convince William to teach her how to use a gun.

Well, there are creatures it's possible to kill with your fists and knives and things, and critters that qualify as monsters if the spear is the kind of thing that has a magic power of stabbing monsters to death on it or something- but yeah, getting William or somebody to teach her gun use might not be a bad idea.

The spear works on monsters in her world because of what it is made off not any sort of magical powers. The shield on the other hand...
