So I've been a busy, busy bee this week.

Claudia's meeting someone new (I'm not sure how she's going to react if it comes up that Malcolm's a shrink, given her track record with mental health professionals). She also visited Enzo's world, fell asleep in Milliways again, had a dream about a former Warehouse employee this year, and decided to make a full tradition of the thing the next morning.

In other characters, I have Apollo and Orpheus looking to make the most of the holiday, and Sam having himself a think... and because I just have to link this one separately, as I've been itching to share it since I wrote it a few weeks back, Sam's conversation with his mother. Once I got going, poking at the possibilities of what might have been, if she'd been in her right mind... well.

In non-Milliways news, so there's that horror prompt meme floating around? I haven't written anything for it thus far, but I did poke a friend into filling one (er, warning for lost cosmonauts?).

For me? I figured out how to treat a DKA dog in fifteen minutes and got said dog eating again? IDK. I'm tired and my next shift starts in 45 minutes. :(

I survived this week which was longer than I expected and yesterday I wrote things.

Over on sharp_teeth I filled a 3:10 to Yuma prompt that Ashie left, be warned for ghosts and eerieness.

Then at about the same time, I wrote a mean Conversation with Dead People for William involving Charlie Prince, warning for violence.

In terms of threading, I'm all over the place and I'm going to try and write up some costume EPs today.

Demeter and Carlotta talked about family. She also approved of Jake Sully's outfit.

Sameth has a new commission from Ellen.

Cam and I finished the Canterbury Commons' OOMs and they ended up being fascinating.

Over in Mixed Muses, Tiwa is celebrating that the All Blacks won the Rugby World Cup. William meets Sparrow who was once Gavroche and they have a wonderful conversation about justice.

I did a thing!

Specifically, I and Leesha did this thing. It was amazing and fun. I have no idea how well it comes across, but the "Remember" tag was utterly amazing to write.

Also I managed to land a short-term employment.
