What's your pup's biggest problem, and what would it take to solve it?

My pups' biggest problem is that their mun is a completely uninspired flake with very little time to play them anymore. =(

One of these days, we need to come up with something for Knox and Raps to do. And maybe the upcoming "Rapunzel in Japan" story in next year's Fables spinoff will help.

(Don't know if you have noticed, but I'm barely playing Knox of late. He's still alive and well in my head, but after so many years I think I need a break from him while I develop other pups.)

I quit my job at the elementary school (except for morning crossing guard duty) and have started work as a babysitter/nanny for my niece's infant son. I love it, but I am at their place without WiFi for the majority of the day.

All of my pups want me to quit my job and abandon my social life and play 24/6. Ain't gonna happen.

Gibbs wants me to figure out how to get him up to the end of PotC4. I need to talk to the other PotC muns and see what's what with that.

Cyborg needs to finish his application for college. And to figure out how to pay for it. I have some ideas that won't require him getting a loan.

The others don't really have big problems at the moment.

Unless you count World War II. That's a big problem for Howard Stark.

[personal profile] alchemistseraph 2011-11-08 09:26 pm (UTC)(link)
...That might be a bit of an issue, yeah, Howard. (You have no idea how excited I was to see him in the bar.)

Ako would really, really like to get back to Mahora Academy.
Fixing that requires me to get off my but and finish sketching out what's going to happen over those three days so I can bring company to it. That's not going to well.

Other pups, I have them!

Robo would like his friends to stop getting old and dead, it's depressing.
Janet figures we don't really need all those villains, right? (I would also like to hear about how much the Captain America pups are attached to their timeline, 'cause Jan is all about the spoilers that are kinda wrong.)
Tyler Darrow is actually pretty content but his daughter should stop growing up now. kthxbai.
Jerry, well Jerry wants me to reread canon and EP him again. Yuuno is in pretty much the same boat except for him it's rewatch.

Solve... my pups' problems? What is this you speak of?

Felix has a number of problems. I suspect several of them would be... alleviated somewhat, though probably not solved, if he were to fall in love again.

Kain's biggest problem is his own self-loathing. Probably the best solution would be years of counseling, but I can't see him agreeing to that.

Fluttershy's biggest problem is probably that she is, to put it bluntly, a pushover. Once she gets the idea that her friends want her to do something - for instance, be a fashion model - she'll do it, and continue to do it, no matter how much she hates it, on the grounds that she'd hurt their feelings if she stopped. I doubt there's any fix, or at least any that wouldn't spoil her story purposes.
minkhollow: W13: Claudia playing guitar (doesn't remind us of musetta's waltz)

[personal profile] minkhollow 2011-11-08 03:21 pm (UTC)(link)
Claudia's biggest problem is the Warehouse's biggest problem is James MacPherson. Ain't nobody gonna like what it takes to solve that.

Cata's biggest problem, now that the issue of not being able to talk to Medic when they're not both in the bar has been resolved (thank you T-Minus!), is that she's stuck teaching. But what it'll take to solve it is someone with the ability and the patience for said teaching to finish training, so it's going to be a while yet. (Even then, she might only hand over the firsties, as she's found more advanced students to be surprisingly fun.)

Sam's biggest problem... is that his girlfriend is the opposite of a city girl. But they've been working with that, and really, it barely holds a candle to 'so this jackass wizard is going to GOOD THE WORLD INTO NONEXISTENCE,' so he'll take it. XD

Pretty much everyone else's biggest problem is that I don't play them enough; Apollo's claiming that I don't know what I'm doing re: Roman shenanigans in his canon and still need to put a hold on Son of Neptune is a big problem, but that's just because he wants attention.

That reminds me, I really must put Twilight through "Lesson Zero" in the near future...

Balthazar here, his biggest problem.... ... There are too many biggest problems. The biggest problem he can handle at the moment is Dave seems likely to flee if told anything beyond 'there's a really angry sorcerer out there who will turn you into a pig who just loooooooves physics'. Basically, he needs to own up to the whole situation without sending Dave into a panic attack. Somehow. He's sure he'll think of it eventually.

Ace's biggest problem is there's a big nasty time war headed in her direction and no good ways out of it. She doesn't really want to go. She was okay with it, when she signed on to this deal, but that was before she met Spoon, and somehow developed this family-shaped thing with kids and a husband who expect her to not disappear some day. It's troublesome. (Also, I need to just suck it up and do this. La.)

Katya's biggest problem is no doors lead to Moscow. Thiiiiis would be because in what canon I have, she doesn't get to go back, but the author also left the door wide open for it to happen. So.

The rest of my pups have this problem where I don't play them enough. I really ought to drop Laranth and Cal - I love them, but they're usually the last ones I reach for, so it's a bit silly to hang on to them. Bones needs a re-watch of the episode I'm trying to write out for him (slowly), Glor and Romana just need more playing, and Shaz is stuck in canon limbo for the moment.

[identity profile] fightingthecage.livejournal.com 2011-11-08 05:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Hopefully limbo not much longer for Shaz! I'm finishing up 3x02 tonight, and cracking on with 3x03. :D?

Shinigami's got 99 problems. And a witch is one. Some of the other big ones include searching for a malicious entity of fear that causes insanity, Deathscythe stuff, and being physically incapable of leaving Death City. (His students and faculty have gone out in his stead before and the manga does solve this sort of with the formation of Spartoi, but I think I prefer the anime's solution.)

Mia's main problem is Cepheus and his uncertainty about another baby. He's the baby, darnit! D:

Lucas's biggest problem was (and unfortunately still is) Fassad if you ask him. His real biggest problems, however, are a reanimated, brainwashed chimera Claus and his controller, Porky from Earthbound.
crabbycustomer: Default Karkat -- a grey kid with horns and yellow eyes, a grey Cancer symbol on his black shirt (Default)

[personal profile] crabbycustomer 2011-11-08 04:42 pm (UTC)(link)
Karkat's biggest problem....

Hmm. Karkat would say his biggest problem is the omnipotent goddog flying around his session killing everything it sees, followed closely by being trapped in the Medium, with a side order of his species being five assholes short of extinction.

[S] Cascade will solve all of those problems but the last one. But none of it will fix his REAL biggest problem, which he doesn't even know about; the fact that the trolls and their human pals are all being played for suckers by a creepy gangster with a cueball for a head.

Amascut... oh boy, whole mess of problems. It's hard to pick one.

Well, I suppose a big one is her inability to admit they are problems. They are solutions! Truths! Her eyes have been forced open to see the horrible horrible truths of reality, and and and...

I am wary of any solution that might come up in future canon, but at the same time excited. Will she be redeemed? I dunno. But canon's current solution to the Amascut problem has been to keep her depowered and keep her busy. Though... how she is kept busy can still cause problems >:D

[identity profile] mercuriazs.livejournal.com 2011-11-08 05:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Puck's biggest problem is that Havelock's coup is rrrrrrreally borrrrring. But it's on another world and it involves Havelock, so that helps a bit! Also, he is still not sure where his children are.

Ava's biggest problem ... aside from being a homicidal liar ... is that she has not yet figured out what year it is back home for the purposes of stalking Sam!

'Dite's biggest problem is I don't EP her ...

Merc's biggest problem is how she doesn't have any coffee.

Will's biggest problem is that I haven't figured out what's going on with him in Milliways and he's louder in [livejournal.com profile] au_hogwarts.

Sameth's problem is he's not sure if he and Kait are okay and he has to go home and help save the world.

Moist doesn't have any problems at the moment.

William has lots of little problems but no big ones though I do have ideas for creating some for him.

Jane's is canon and tied to wanting to marry Tom, that will be done at some point.

Demeter's is that her family is her family and it's Winter.

Tumnus has smaller problems to deal with helping Narnia.

The Pirate King has no problems at all.

My current problem is that Charles Xavier is loud and fun to play.

Clem's is money, money, money, and solving it would involve developing a work ethic and integrity bone.

Dixie's is sorting out her feelings for Brisco - she will, eventually - and Milliways will bring them together more often than not.

Jules' would be her issues with her folks, mostly her dad, but she's generally well-adjusted and happy now.
