For Cata and Sam, it would depend on the means; even if it were some method they could trust, I don't know that Cata would want to see anything in particular. Sam might be interested in what his mother's life was like before she was raped (the first time).
Warehouse 13 has canon time travel (as you do when HG Wells worked there); it lasts 22 hours and 19 minutes and the fact that you did use it means that the past is set the way it is. Given that, Claudia would be very particular about what she chose, and I doubt she'd set out trying to FIX THINGS OMG. But seeing past Warehouses (or even the past of this one) would be made of awesome.
