Enzo is agonizing now over whether he'd go back to see his mom or whether he's better off without even that glimpse. (Not any particular time, though. Just some random moment during Dot's childhood, before he was born and messed everything up crash it, Enzo, stop self-flagellating.)

Alyx would go back to pre-Incident Black Mesa and see her mom one last time. No question.

Mia is conflicted. She would possibly use the opportunity to find out without a doubt about her paternity. But doing such a thing might mean seeing more than she wants to see. D: If she can find a spot when the evidence is clear but not explicit, that's what she would want to see.

Lucas wants to warn his mom so bad about what happened to her. Even if he couldn't change a thing, he'd still go back to his and Claus's tenth birthday and try his best to say don't go to Grandpa's house.

Hmmm, Shinigami has a lot to pick from, doesn't he? Right now, the best option seems to be observing the recent past of his enemy's movement so that he might have more information to give to the team sent to fight.

Moist wouldn't want to; Conflict Diamond would be sorely tempted to see her brother alive again (with her family, not after he got kidnapped - she knows she's better off not knowing the details of that).

Apollo would probably want to see Geoff Chaucer's mum for a bit again. My headcanon is that he thought she was hilarious.

For Cata and Sam, it would depend on the means; even if it were some method they could trust, I don't know that Cata would want to see anything in particular. Sam might be interested in what his mother's life was like before she was raped (the first time).

Warehouse 13 has canon time travel (as you do when HG Wells worked there); it lasts 22 hours and 19 minutes and the fact that you did use it means that the past is set the way it is. Given that, Claudia would be very particular about what she chose, and I doubt she'd set out trying to FIX THINGS OMG. But seeing past Warehouses (or even the past of this one) would be made of awesome.

Splinter's is the easiest. He'd go back and watch Master Yoshi and Shen in New York. Settled and happy in their fifth-floor walk up in Hell's Kitchen.

Raph wants to be on the ground when the Foot come to collect the pieces of Shredder, because a part of him doesn't believe that whole "rebuilt using worms" story.

Mike would want to go to the pet store he and his brothers were bought from, and meet Chet...the kid who bought them.

616 Ben would be tempted to go back to Johnny's last stand to try and see if there was anyway to have saved Johnny but wouldn't as there's no point. Thus he would turn down the offer. He'd also be tempted to see a time when he and Alicia were happy.

Ult. Ben can't think of any times he'd want to revisit so he'd turn it down.

Thalia would want to go back and watch Green Day's first performance.

Val wouldn't bother as she could move herself through time if she wanted.

Rincewind doesn't answer but slowly sidesteps away. In his heart of hearts he is actually tempted to see his mom as she left before he was born. (Yes this is canon, no I don't know how it works.)

Jane hasn't gotten to a point where she'd consider it but later in canon, she'd go for more time with Tom.

Sameth, oh Sameth probably would as he's so full of regrets and thoughts of what he did wrong. He'd go and try to do more at the cricket attack or actually tell his family why he's so unhappy.

William would want more time with his father without them yelling at each other. They do have it Milliways but things are still odd between them.

Tumnus wouldn't play for Lucy, he'd make sure she left Narnia much sooner.

The Pirate King has nothing to change.

If he's sure no one will ever know, Spike would go back to see Angel and Buffy's first and only time together. Unclear if this is masochism or voyeurism or yes.

To see her father. She'd curl up outside his open study door, knees to her chest, and spend the entire fifteen minutes listening to him play Beethoven's Violin Sonata No. 9.

It had been Samuel's goal ever since attending a concert in St. Louis as a teenager to master the piece before he died. He never did. Kate always thought his stumbles and hitches sounded perfect. She still has his violin, locked up with some other valuables she left in the keeping of old family friends in Green Lake.

Felix... I'm not sure whether he would. In my head, he hates time travel (apart from Milliways), but most of what he hates about it is messing with causality and such. As simply an observer... I'm not sure. If he does, though, it would be to whatever fifteen-minute period would give him the best understanding of why Alchemy was sealed, way back when.

Fluttershy... I don't even know. Maybe she'd actually watch the Summer Flight Camp race that knocked her off a cloud and ended up getting her cutie mark.

Juliet would want to go back to one of the school events her father sneakily watched and watch him watch her, because she was utterly unaware of his presence at the time.
