Anyone want to come here and be my intern for the day? Because most of what I need to do is very much part of my job. Oddly, though, the work load has dropped to slightly less insane levels.

My to-do list also includes lighting the first lights of Hanukkah, but I can handle that myself. I think. I'm not good with matches.

I have several projects waiting for me at work but my work requires specific training so you can't help with that.

I do need to finish my Yuletide so I can start proofing. Can't see how you can help with that.

I need to decide what to do for Thalia's birthday which is tomorrow. Hey, you can help with that! Any suggestions?

*bursts into tears* By 9 o'clock tonight the class from hell will be over and I'll either have passed or failed for good. Between now and then I have to create a poster on my results.

(My results were: NO ONE REPLIES TO SURVEYS EVER. Even if you meet them face to face, hand them the survey and elicit a promise that they will)

And do the assignment she thought yesterday would be a good day to tell us about.

And I have to write an intro and reflection for tomorrow's final. So that I actually have time to pack tomorrow.

The internet can help by roleplaying with me and being patient when I'm flakey?

I was meaning to go to my work's Christmas party, but it's snowing here on the verge to blizzarding, so I'm not venturing out to the Miserable Village where the little bus is sure to faint at the sight of snowflakes.

Instead, I'll potter on packing my things as I go see my fambly tomorrow, and the Nazgul will swing by to collect her Christmas present and have some coffee.

I think I'll put up an EP with some heavy metal music to keep myself entertained while I potter along...

Doing my Final Review for the literacy tutor training that I'm taking- it's already a couple of days late. *sigh* Also checking out possible couch purchases from Craigslist, and if I find one, arranging a mover to help me get the couch up the stairs.

I got nothin'. I didn't even bake cookies for the neighbors this year! I did this, instead. I will probably deliver them later this evening, or send the kids to do it.

I had to re-order a Christmas gift 'cause some Scrooge out there stole the one delivered off my doorstep before I could get home. :(

Also, OMG WTF still have a chapter left to write on the yuletide fic of DOOM. But I think I can actually wrap it up, instead of finding some new place to take it.

I was going to catch up on the threads I've been neglecting lately. But the lack of 'parent' and 'link' and 'thread' buttons on comments now makes it really difficult to get to the ends of the threads without crashing my browser.

So now I'm going to go rage knit or something.

I have work, which will mostly consist of a pizza party, and then coming home and making DW and/or IJ backups of my favorite character journals in the event that every RP I'm in is forced to move due to the comment-subject/icon nonsense killing every game.

And after that's done I'm teaching myself to play the guitar. :D
