The Cheat is the only one of mine*that doesn't have anything you could call superpowers (unless that's the source of his amazing ability to sneak up on a brother). Hiro's got his modly powers in the Metaverse; Michael and Jennifer have their quantum gifts; Rukia's got kidô and the Soul Society's most beautiful sword; Ryûk has his Note; Ben's got the Force; even Strong Bad's got his psychic bottle opener.

* At least in Milliways. Out of bar, Néo doesn't have any powers either, unless you count the ability to freak people out just by being hir nudist futa self in public.
