Georgia even organized them for me. :)
Inside the Bar
1. So, what is the story on the evil karaoke machine?
2. And was there also a Dance, Dance Revolution machine? Was it evil, too?
3. How big and how extensive is the library? When did the library appear? Who is the librarian? What kind of abilities does the library have, if any?
4. What are the Permanent Fixtures of the bar? Such as the bra (speaking of which, how did that get enshrined as it is?) or the fish (formerly?) in the fireplace.
5. I know Del put the fish in the fireplace, but has anyone got that thread handy? I'd love to see the actual IC event.
The Grounds
1. I've always vaguely wondered who built the stables. I know the history of the forge but not the stables. They're just part of Milliways.
2. Does the lake have a name?
3. Is there anything in the lake besides the Giant Squid? If so, what? And if there are other beings in the lake, what are they named?
4. What are the gardening arrangements? I have heard suggestions that there are two greenhouses, as well as outdoor plots, but I am quite unclear on the overall situation.
5. I've seen references once or twice to a stargate on the bar grounds. Is that still there? Also, when the heck did that ICly happen? I'm curious!
Waitrats
1. How big/tall are the waitrats?
2. Why are some of the waitrats undead? Who or what killed them? Why?
There were some other questions that were super broad, so I'm saving them for future topics. Also, feel free to start your own subthread with a question that's not listed here.
That's an awful lot o' Caveats and Addendums, miss: Milliways lives on a precept that there is no ONE SET WAY to view anything. For most of these questions, there is no one answer. Just because one person sees it one way doesn't mean you have to. Just sayin'.

Spot to Drop More Questions
Re: Spot to Drop More Questions
It would be kind of interesting to collect this all in an FAQ somewhere, even with the caveat that it is always changing, and can be seen from several different detailed points of view

Since we no longer seem to have a Hexadecimal, and what with all the general destruction, should the 200-foot Daisy still stand?

I don't remember anything else about the DDR, but that made an impression!

Libraries, Pool tables and trilobites
The other library is a general library, and I think it's situated next door? I have no idea who founded that place.
4. Off hand, I know of a pool table and a piano in various places in the bar. And there's an aquarium near the fireplace with a stable population of live trilobites.
Re: Libraries, Pool tables and trilobites
I can't find the library creation post. And I have to stop looking.

There is also a garage underneath the bar which has, well, pretty much whatever you want it to have [or so I've assumed].
I don't believe the lake has a name, though sections of it do [descriptive names, like the Caribbean inlet]?
[This all makes me want to scribble out how I personally see the bar's features, but I have yet to get my scanner connected to anything, so. Not yet.]

There IS a greenhouse, but people keep forgetting about it, so it hovers on nonexistence. It has always been kind of weird, anyway, starting out by coming to the bar with Anthy Himimeya and being full of doom roses. When Anthy broke her brother's control over her she moved all the roses outside and planted them. The greenhouse was taken over by less conflicted gardeners and became a gateway for the Secret Garden characters. Mary planted an apple tree outside the door to protect against the Dark.
The roses are not the only outdoor plants; there are a bunch of paths and gardens that later characters added to them.

There's also a treehouse, Built by Tyler Marlocke and Enzo Matrix V 2.0, in the forest, built into a huge oak, with a tire swing that could seat about 10 people. I'm not sure how it fared during the Allpocalypse.
What I want to know is, what's the current state of the rooms for sleeping?

Just a few I know off the top of my head
4. Not a complete list of course... The piano is near the stairway. It's a lacquered-white baby grand. There is also a small, green and gold harpsichord nearby. There's a trilobite tank near the fireplace.
5. Del put the rainbow-colored fish into the fireplace while helping clean up after there had been damage to the bar. By Mogget being accidentally freed of his imprisonment by Kassandra, in fact, which caused Sirius to be temporarily blinded.
The Grounds:
2. The lake area was created by Peter Pettigrew, modeled after Hogwarts' grounds, as a present to Sirius Black, who was Head Barman at the time and was suffering homesickness.

I.... have kinda given up on keeping it spam free until I find a better way to do it, so don't go clicking the random page link. It will most likely lead to spam.
But anyhow, if you have any problems, like the page you want to edit keeps on redirecting to a page chastising you for clicking spam links, ping me or Zed or Flynn.

There are also normal fish in the lake, but they do not have names.
As for the waitrats, yes, the undead ones came in with a patron far back in Milliways history. Some do in fact, have bulletholes in them, which are for speed. I think that's a Simpsons reference. It amused crackchat at the time, and somehow it ended up bar canon! There are also living rats.
I always pictured the waitrats to be about the same size as Rizzo the Rat from the Muppets, walking around on their hind legs.

I certainly hope so, I recently namedropped her in an OOM :D

Bar fixtures: A bright yellow bra from a strip poker game involving Tonks, Bernard, Crowley, and Aziraphael....I think there were more? Maybe?
There's a forever burning cigarette in an ashtray as a memorial to Sirius and Kassandra from Constantine
Then there's the Special's Board, the Tab Board, and...uh...OH the TV. There's totally a TV above Bar.
Outside:
- The lake is...The Lake, though it's supposed to be Lake Hogwarts.
- I think so long as it's a non-sentient species it's in the Lake.
- Uh...I think there's more than one greenhouse, but only because I think I've seen it more as greenhouses, than greenhouse singular. If people want more there can be more. One of the great things about the grounds is that the borders never really stay the same.
- I too would love to see the stargate stuff again!
Waitrats:
- I've always assumed that they're the size of average rats, as they're originally from Kingdom Hospital's lab. That's why some of them are dead, and others are not. There's a scene in the show where someone shoots up the animal testing lab. I don't remember why someone went nuts and started shooting up the lab...
Having said that, Splinter is now a wait rat, and he's about four foot tall.

The shrine to Kassandra and Sirius should be still there.
The yellow bra is from Tonks and a fateful night of strip poker.
Another "permanent fixture" that is temporarily absent is the Friends of Mine painting of dogs playing poker that serves as the portal to the House of Arch. Tom took it down and broke the portal when things were going kerflooey. The dogs are animated a la HP painting magic, and they help the Lord and Lady of the House of Arch keep an eye out for trouble in the bar that might bother the House.

The stereo unit itself, this being Milliways, is likely equipped to handle any recorded medium you can hook up to it. (Someone stop me if I'm wrong.)

I - thiiiink that'st he only physical change? I don't know, I was never very good at memorying threads, and it's a bit painful to reread old stuff anyway. "oh god why did I think that was a good idea?" type thing.
