HOW TO PLAY:
* Tag into this post with a pup you're thinking of apping to the bar with a brief EP set within Milliways and/or its universe. You can be new to the game, or simply want to test out a fresh pup.
* If you already play at Milliways, feel free to tag in with your own characters and interact with the new pups. You can also post your own EPs for these new characters to thread with.
* Mingle, post, and have fun!

"It is an honor to meet thee, Fair and Talented Trixie," intones Princess Luna, inclining her head. "Pray tell, what are the talents that thou claimest?"

At the question, her mind goes blank. Bragging to an alicorn is not so easy.
"I like stars," says Trixie's mouth. Trixie, hearing it, grabs for that lifeline. "Ah, and illusions. And lights. And conjuring." She clears her throat. "Things that are pretty. I like to entertain."

She's exhausted and demoralized, but she can't fail now.
She'll be sent to Magic Kindergarten!Right. Here goes-And she conjures up a bouquet of roses. It smells delicious in her exhausted state, but she offers it to the Princess with a graceful half-bow.

Trixie is beside herself (except she doesn't think of that illusion.) It invigorates her like nothing else can. She doesn't have any fireworks ready to set off with a little tap of magic. But she can do pretty lights, tiny rainbows from a borrowed glass of water, and a tiny lightning bolt sparking back and forth between two forks to earth itself artistically in a wee puff of purple smoke.
She's a tiny bit winded by the time she takes a bow, but she masks her hard breathing. It would ruin the illusion.

(If her home wasn't smashed in that whole Ursa Minor fiasco she'd just have forgotten A Very Valuable Lesson.)
But she bows again, beaming, her hat slightly askew from her efforts and her sides not heaving at all.

"It is most impressive to find such talent in such a young mare," says the Princess. "We have seen but one other with such gifts. Pray tell, knowest thou of the unicorn Twilight Sparkle?"

"Oh, yes, I met her," Trixie admits what few others would be able to get her to confess. "She certainly knows how to string spells together."

"We are all delighted to have you back, princess," she says.
You, and your mighty lungs.
