In recognition of the wide-scale power outages caused by the heat wave in the United States, apps are not going to be opened until electricity and Internet service are restored to the area, presuming similarly scaled outages do not occur elsewhere before that time.

ETA: for the ATP post I'm making, should I estimate apps'll be opening in a week or so? Washington post says all power should be restored within the next four days.
