The silver celtic knotwork pentacle on 16" Italian-made 'Singapore chain' that I've been wearing daily for sixteen years as of this past April, that was gifted to me at thirteen. Probably because it's more like a touchstone and my skin (and the deepest beliefs of my heart) than anything else that I put on and take off in a given day/month/year/half decade/decade now.
Currently, two t-shirts. The first has James Nicoll's famous quote on it ("English doesn't borrow from other languages. English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over and goes through their pockets for loose grammar."), and the second, recently purchased from Woot.com, is called "Nevermore".
Right at the moment? My big extravagant RenFaire feather fan. FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
Generally speaking, either of my two dagger pendants (also from RenFaire). Useful as regular pocket-knives, even if I've never had to employ them in self-defence yet. Also my question mark ring, but I need to replace a few bits of marcasite in it again.
Shoes. I always love a nice pair of shoes. Likely because while the rest of my body may change and not fit clothing I love, my feet stay the same.
I also have a triskele necklace I've had for nearly 15 years now that I love and wear often.
There's also my wedding ring but that's a given right? I did used to have this lovely silver ring which was an ankh framed by papyrus leaves but I lost it ages ago and haven't seen another since.
I'm not really a favorite-piece-of-clothing type person, but favorite accessories? Most definitely.
I almost never leave the house without my teapot necklace pendant. It's a black marble with cinnamon-colored swirls and pink roses, with silver fittings around it forming the top, bottom, and handle of the teapot. ^_^ It's possibly my favorite piece of jewelry I own, and is often commented-upon by the archives' patrons.
If I'm not wearing my stone turtle and I'm not either showering or sleeping, I feel naked. quinby got it for me at the RenFest a few years back; she has one of her own.
There's also the mini-Farnsworth locket that Vavia made, but that's not quite as necessary of an accessory.
I'm another one where most of my clothing is comfortable, but not as special. I have a beautiful pink linen hat that I got in Ireland and am always getting compliments on though its starting to fall apart. The plastic in the edge of the brim peeks out in the back. History on the hat and why I love it, first off, its beautiful but I got it after I graduated from college. At the moment, there's a beautiful long silk skirt that is my favorite since its cool and makes me feel pretty.
In terms of everyday, I always wear my amber ring, my watch and then two bracelets. I have such a jewelery collection and I hope its not too long before I can actually wear two earrings again instead of just one.
Also I had my first moving estimate and the price is staggering, apparently my stuff would get its own container. I hope the one on Thursday isn't quite as huge.
I'm not really that great about clothes, but I do have a couple favorites. The first is a copper-hued biker jacket kind of thing - it just looks really cool and is pretty much perfect for just-cold-enough-for-a-jacket weather. And I also bought it in a shop in a small town in Indiana, which made it a nice sort of random find.
I also have this as a hoodie, which since I got it has been a pretty consistent good luck charm for exams. Probably only a couple more to go, Hogwarts hoodie!
I get lots of amused looks and comments on this t-shirt. I wear it so often that I might need a replacement soon. I also once wore it to a Lebowskifest and got labeled a Buscemi groupie on a website's Facebook photo gallery.
Ahaha, randomly? If you haven't been down to Louisville, Kentucky, for Lebowski Fest, definitely keep it in mind. Luh-vuhl's where it all started, and it gets ridic. >:DDD
I've got a ridiculous Zack Attack World Tour shirt with the SBTB cast on it that I bought as a joke and that seems to be the crowd favorite. I've gotten more comments when wearing that shirt than any other.
Aside from that I've got a Venture Brothers hoodie that one of my friends made for me. The same friend got me a Cobra Commander/Decepticon track jacket which I love, even if it's too big.

...even if all I'm doing is the grocery shopping.
Favorite accessory: my titanium claddagh ring. It's just solid and pretty and it's freaking titanium.

Sadly my boots are getting a little worn and I need to start looking for some new ones. Will be so hard to let go and to find a new pair that I like.

I also have a pair of very thin and flexible Calvin Klein jeans that I am very fond of.
