And he has an answer, but not a happy one. This is not something they're going to recover from easily but Demeter is incredibly good at being polite for the sake of others.

Teja isn't going to reply soon; he's going to ponder his answer at least as long as his original letter.-

And yes, I don't think they're going to recover from this easily, either. The main point for Teja is now to not spoil Carlotta's wedding with tensions.

Which won't happen. Demeter is quite good with that due to her family. What would make her honestly believe they can find a place is if Teja really understands about how acting for others without their permission isn't done. There's a fine line between protecting and presuming and he keeps jumping over it.

So we'll see, but she will be avoiding him and possibly even Milliways for a time as she still wouldn't mind making him a tree that has to listen to people.

Teja will take his time, and ponder, and think about what to say next. That might well not even happen before the wedding.-

Just wanted to say, Apollo's glad to know he's not the only one resisting the 'new plant' urge. XD

No, he's not. After her last conversation and then the weak apology, she really is considering making him listen. She won't because she knows she shouldn't but she'd love to. She and Apollo should talk again.

I'm thinking about writing her a pissed off OOM somewhere that might end up in Milliways or at least outside Milliways.

Oh, Jack regularly spends time as a tree. He doesn't see why it's considered punishment.

I imagine it's one thing when you choose to be a tree and another when a pissed-off deity subjects you to planthood. Just ask Daphne!
