I think most people here are passingly familiar with Unfuck Your Habitat on Tumblr and other places, yeah? What would your pup need to unfuck in their particular habitat?

Adrian's room at Milliways is completely full of notebooks and houndeye sleeping/play mess and the occasional animal hides being tanned in the bathroom. He keeps his bunk at the Greenbrier as neat as possible and puts all the inconvenient mess here, so... yeah.

Alyx, on the other hand, says "fuck you, I have ten-week-old twins to take care of, if you think my living quarters need cleaning you can do it your own damn self."

Balthazar: Likes his habitat fucked, thanks. He misses his horribly cluttered shop. I suspect any place he lives in too long develops the same sort of not-quite-at-all organized chaos.
Haymitch: .... where to start?

Sunshine is used to keeping her living space pretty clean, her bakery even moreso. Cleaning her apartment is on of her go-to remedies for a bad mood.
To unfuck his habitat, Yrael would have to care enough to do it. So, it's not happening. ^_^

Anyway, Elle... at the moment doesn't have a lot of space to herself that she has to keep clean. And cleaning the bunker-place up in general isn't her job; she provides the electricity and all.
It's canon that Leslie's home is a wreck given that she never has time to clean it and things just pile up. But as she seems to spend so much time with Ben these days, I'm not totally sure she's even living in her house anymore... yeah.
Manny's sort of like Elle in that he doesn't have (or need) much space to himself, and skeletons don't have to do a lot that causes mess. Though when he gets moved into his new office, he'll be kind of cluttered and grumpy about it.
Asami... has servants. And you'd need them given the size of the Sato estate. But given that in canon she volunteers to help do some simple chores, I don't think she's completely helpless or anything. And she does her own maintenance on her vehicles, so.

Kain is all career-military and stuff, so I'd imagine his place is pretty spic-and-span as-is.
Fluttershy... well, most people would probably tell her to lose the birdhouses, the warrens, and so on. Which advice she adamantly Would Not Take. Honestly, her house looks pretty neat to me, except when she has the Crusaders over or is being run ragged by a teasy phoenix.
Cranky, I have no idea. We see him in the process of moving stuff into his new house, but then he probably starts sharing with Matilda, so I don't even have a way to know what there is or where.

As for my characters? No bloody idea.

Robo is not untidy, but even with just a few things every year it adds up. He should probably found a library or something to manage the paper parts of it.
Tyler Darrow keeps his mess confined to a few trouble spots. Closets and such. His is a managed mess.
Ako was getting pretty bad in Milliways but now everything pretty much stays in her sylladex. Which has different issues and makes a lot of wrapping paper when you clean it out, but nothing is perfect.

Mike does most of the unfucking in the house because he's PETRIFIED of the Loompas.
Bumi has minions...er, enlisteds to do his bidding. So...yeah, pretty much minions.

Amascut'sSumona's Pollnivneach apartment in game. Actually, I doubt its her apartment, its just where you can find her in game. Its a very spartan room and has four beds and a lot of empty shelfspace. Why the hell would she need four beds? That room may just be living space for students or other visitors. I suspect she actually owns the whole building, and that includes what looks like a store (because, hey, she can't run a slayer shop out of a trenchcoat. It's too hot to wear a trenchcoat!) and a clean, swanky (for Pollnivneach) living quarters upstairs. That might be Sumona's actual living space, but there is a male NPC that wanders around up there. He maybe a butler, but he is only named as a villager. He maybe something more than a butler, though. *shrug* His dialog options don't reveal anything special about him or whether it is his house; he's just a standard (killable)villager.
You don't get to go inside
Amascut'sThe Wanderer's tent north of Sophanem because eww it smells like dead cats why would I want to go in there? That is, unless you go in when she first hypnotizes you, but the screen goes black during that part. Umm. It is probably a wee bit messy in that tent if it smells like that.I suppose the dungeons below Pollnivneach count as her habitat too. But those are filled with choking smoke soo... yeah, probably dusty, at least.
I am thinking that NPC upstairs of Sumona may be a butler, since its the only living space that Amascut has that is actually clean.
Evil Chicken used to live in a cave only accessible via the fairy borderworld Zanaris. There was the main chamber that had his nest in it, then a side chamber filled with dragons who supposedly came there to visit him. It is probably clean, if a little dusty. Chickens have their own standard of clean which involves dirt baths.

Charles has always had servants to do the cleaning for him and the most unfucking he does is within his own mind. The messiest places are where he works or studies as he gathers papers around him but even then its not too bad.
Sameth in canon seems to be not a huge slob but also not neat. The canonical descriptions of his room and workroom show that the bedroom is messier than the workroom, but he always has lots of projects going. He also has servants to help with cleaning up but I can't see him letting them do that much in the workroom and he was trained to do some of his own clean up.
Jane has servants but not that many, her family's on the lower end of the gentry scale for her time. From canon, she doesn't seem that messy though her writing does take over a good bit of space and gets ink everywhere.
Moist is quite neat because he can't let anything slip since there's a chance it would get him caught. Also he lives on the road and so doesn't have that much stuff to start with.
Demeter is fairly neat, Kore loves weeds and letting the garden spill out and over. Demeter is the goddess of agriculture and prefers a little more order.
William's like Will, he doesn't have that much stuff to be messy with and the way Dan and Alice raised the boys, I think being messy isn't their natures. He also spends most of his time on horseback and that means he has to know where everything is to keep it dry and easy to access.
Tumnus is a little messy, because he's another one with various projects always going on. So he'll be working on his book, helping with matters of state and considering new scone recipes. I see him as someone who's not messy enough to make you stare but instead his home feels lived in.
The Pirate King has Ruth so his space is fairly neat just with lots of things in it.

As for me, I could use some serious UFYH time right about now. Wedding presents, craft tools, invitations, D*C stuff, everything everywhere. I'm going to be relieved when September is over. *__*

Gus' place is actually quite tidy, unless Shawn's been by recently in which case chaos tends to follow.
Henry's place is actually pretty clean too, especially for a bachelor that's lived on his own the last fifteen years. A little cluttered, but in a homey way.
Michael... is organized considering his living space comes from a dumpster or garage sale or his Mom's house. He could use some better storage. Gun crates are hardly ideal.

Thor has servants! :D If he had to actually clean up after himself, he would need a lot of UFYH lessons.
Clare has no habitat. She travels on foot with: her sword, her clothes and armor, some money, possibly a couple of tiny sundries in a pocket somewhere, and a creepy watcher guy who occasionally appears to give her stuff for a job.
River has to be kind of tidy, since she lives on a small spaceship, but... only kind of. I think her closet and under-the-bed drawers and stuff tend to have stuff thrown in higgledy-piggledy a lot, and she definitely never dusts or sweeps.
Regan also has servants -- not the small army of them that Thor does, because Thor lives in a palace in a country where royalty is ostentatious, whereas Regan and Gabriel have, like, a housekeeper and a cook and a gardener, or something like that. She tries not to make life difficult for them, though. The first floor of their house is basically a public area, where lots of parties and stuff happen, so it's spotless; the upstairs is a little more lived-in, and it's up there that any clutter happens. I think she has a tendency to leave tea mugs around the bedrooms and nooks, and stuff like that. She'd be all about something along the lines of UFYH if she were the one caring for her own house, and in a way she'd rather be doing more of it herself even if it meant a sloppier house (though I think she'd still like to have at least a cleaning service), but their jobs mean that isn't really a workable option.
