Eee! I love seeing so many new faces on the Main Page.
On the off chance that they're attributed to new players I'm going to give a brief run down of the whole Happy Hour shebang.
IC:
Everything needs sleep/downtime, even Bar. Which is why for a couple of hours every day she needs to decompress and power down. During this time she doesn't react to any stimulus, and will not provide/pull things for people when asked. It's for this reason that sheharangues Politely Requests that people stand behind her and fill in for her when she's otherwise out.
If she tags your character to serve, and that character is of the age of majority where they're from then that character will have free reign of the barback. Anything, and everything can be found if you look hard enough.
If she tags your character to serve, and that character is NOT of the age of majority where they're from, then no alcohol what so ever will be available during that Happy Hour.
Of age bartenders can provide alcohol to under-aged patrons, though doing so may have consequences.
OOC:
Every Monday (or thereabouts) I put up days open for Happy Hour. The first player to comment on that post with their character's Name, Day Being Requested, Start Time, and Time Zone has claim to that day.
Make of it as you will! Do what you like, so long as what you like stays within the Everyone Gets Served parameter. (In the case of an underage bartender, people may not get served what they like, but they'll get something. And no, you can't steal from the barback.)
The threads themselves work like your standard party post. Feel free to threadhop and tag whomever you wish!
