Pick a sport that does not exist on your pup's home world.* What position would your pup play? For which team? Are they any good?
*If your pup is from Earth, a list of fictional sports can be found here.

Bilbo would be good at anything involving throwing, but where speed and strength were not a big factor.
I can see Merlin playing baseball. He'd be a good hitter but would be in one of the less important positions in the outfield due to his tendency to daydream.
...I really want to see Stuart playing Calvinball.
too lazy to change log-ins
It's a very Milliwaysian sport. ^_^
Sunshine isn't a very sporty person.
Zelgadiss would be good at just anything involving strength and speed. He'd like to try his hand at Brass Rackets one day (so long as he's not facing Lina), but that sport actually exists in his world.
Also too lazy to change log-ins

Thalestris: buzkashi. Possibly the sort the Tajiks play, which is basically hyperviolent polo with animal carcass... and everybody is riding yaks.
Gordon: Urban Combat Championship League, from the Mass Effect universe. So far we only know of two teams in the League, namely the Edmonton Blood Dragons and the Rhode Island Knights. I like the Knights' armor better so he's gonna be playing for them.
Ray: Australian Rules Indoor Quidditch, which involves two teams, one with a ball that flashes red on impact, one with a ball that flashes yellow on impact. It's played in a darkened room. The original idea came from a Mac Hall comic strip and some years ago he tried to assemble a couple of teams for it in Bar, so of course he'd be good at it, he invented the rules.
Brain's moving a little slowly today so I'm having trouble thinking of sports for my other pups. On the other hand, the next time I get a slot open I'm going to app Zira the chimpanzee scientist from the Planet of the Apes novel, and I'm pretty sure that a chimpanzee (the ones in the novel looked just like Earth chimps, not like hairy humans with ape makeup on) would be absolutely terrifying at sepak takraw.

Hank, I think, will excel at Pyramid. If he played in an official league, he'd likely cause new rules to be drawn up for use of feet.
Val would love Quidditch and would fly for the American team.
Kate and Jessica would kick ass and take gold in Ando-jitsu though they'd never be able to face each other as Jess would be in the meta-human league.
And that's it for now. Need more coffee.

Charles would adore wizard chess though I know its not really a sport but I'm having a hard time seeing him play team sports. Solitary ones are more likely, sculling or something like that. Though now I have a small plot bunny about him in Little League and how while he can play, it just doesn't work for him. He'd be a good coach as he'd figure out how everyone works best and keep drama from overwhelming the game. The reason for team sports is that he's so hooked into how groups work that he'd have a hard time just focusing on what he needed to do. Better a game where he's not listening to group dynamics and doing things on his own, that's why he likes chess.
Sameth is proving to be good at Pyramid.
I know its not from another world, but I'd love to see what happened if William played polo. He'd also be good at Quidditch as Chaser though judging by how he rides. I think he'd also be good at that version of squash that was played in DS9 by Bashir and O'Brien since he's quick and has a good aim. Raquetball according to wikipedia not squash.
Moist doesn't really do sports, but I could see him learning all the rules to cricket to get a job done. He would be decent as well.
I love the idea of Jane playing croquet in Wonderland, in canon she's good at cricket.
Demeter would provide the best food for watching team sports.
I've no idea about the Pirate King or Tumnus, need to think on them.

Raph loves LOVES Quidditch. LOVES IT. His team would totally be the Falmouth Falcons.
"Let us win, but if we cannot win, let us break a few heads."
Here's where I cackle that there's an officially created team out of the town next to my hometown: The Fitchburg Finches.
Give Raph a bat and get out of the way.
Bumi? I'm sure Bumi's played a version of hockey at some point in his life, so certainly that. Maybe lacross. Possibly rugby. Any game where he gets to run around a whole lot.

Leslie thinks she would be a good Quidditch Chaser, but I think she severely overestimates her ability to not be terrified when actually flying on a broomstick.
Elle could be a pro-bender? But I don't think you're allowed to use lightning for anything. And also this would be the worst idea ever.
And Manny's really not a jock, so unless there's a sport where he gets to sit around and make snarky comments...

Fry has very little in the way of athletic talent (and that's putting it kindly) but I think Brisco would make a decent Quidditch chaser. Assuming he could adapt to the whole "flying on broomsticks" part.

From her own universe, she plays both three-dimensional and regular chess already, and she's just informed me that she's okay at raquetball a la what's seen in DS9. Parrises Squares... maybe, though I can't see her on a Starfleet Academy team, frankly. Maybe, though.
Oh, and she does know how to play both cricket and football, the latter as in the proper sort, not the American sort. Some things carry down the centuries.

For Lady Mary, canonically she's a good equestrian, but I'm not coming up with any fictional games involving horses. I think it's Quidditch for her, since if she can ride a horse, she can ride a broom, right? I think she'd be a chaser who likes to do some showy trick flying.

Anyway... there should totally be some croquet out at the lake.

Also, Brockian Ultra-Cricket. He'd probably find it poncey as no one's watching (and all that apologising!), but I happen to believe that everyone ever should play Brockian Ultra-Cricket, so there it is.
