Is there any particular, maybe strange thing you'd like to do with your character? Like an actual particular thing that you'd like to see happen with them, that may not really be possible within their canon or such. For example, for years I really wanted to turn Elle into a car. It was such a weird, specific thing, and there's no... straightforward? way of asking to make it happen, but I REALLY wanted it to happen. And I finally used Cubefall for it! So I was wondering if anyone else gets specific ideas like that. Someone might be able to help!

This is an interesting question and one I don't have an easy answer for. I rarely predict or think about strange things I'd like to have happen to my pups. If there's a new game plot, that's when the ideas start and even then, I don't have much clue of what might occur.

Even the AUs that I've written have been mainly inspired by other peoples' AUs, where their ideas gave me ideas. Usually the weirdest things that happen are completely unplanned for me and I love it that way.

Ever since a conversation with Gene Roe's mun that sadly didn't lead to plot, I've badly wanted to see Sariel in the Band of Brothers canon World War II. That's highly unlikely and I know it. I'd be almost as thrilled to see Sariel in somebody else's second World War. If somehow she ended up in a wartime London, or Paris, or... hmm. Maybe the door spits her out into the wrong universe, or she gets to know someone from that era and ends up intentionally worldhopping with them - the initial plotbunny had to do with the Stone Angels plot, which is over, darnit. It would be amazing, though.

I've had a few itches like that in the past, where I got one isolated image of something happening to a character stuck in my head and ultimately used a bar plot to make it happen. Harry Wells getting stuck in ancient Greece back during the Stone Angels plot was an example. As for others...

For a long time now I've had the image of Ellen getting dropped into somebody's World War II European theater of operations and having to slug her way out from behind enemy lines. And when she finds the Milliways patron associated with that particular world and time, demanding to know how they survive with no armor whatsoever, not even leathers. There may be some muttering about "might just as well go into battle naked" or "helmets don't count!" involved, too. Bonus points for her being frazzled enough to start complaining about it in front of one or more locals who don't actually know about Milliways.

There may be others but that's the big one that's stuck in my head.

I would dearly like for two things to happen to Felix. I want him to learn earthbending, from the ATLAverse. (And I swear, I can justify it using only the two canons.) And I want him to get stuck in a modern-type world somewhere, and have to try to fit in while he figures out/waits for a way back to Milliways.

I've always pictured Cato as a Firebender too honestly. I've been curious on a lot of crossover with pups from other verses learning bending. It'd been pretty cool plot.

I often think about apping Smaug specifically so I can have Merlin be all Dragon-Lordy towards him.

I have no idea why I think that would be fun, but I do.

I really do want to Poins to meet Marvel!Loki (who apparently is hardly ever seen, even more rarely than Thor) to go 'OMG Prince Hal you look strange!' (just in Shakespearean, with a dash of blank verse).

I resisted the temptation to throw him at Zed's AU Loki in MM several times as I feel I can pull off the full bewilderment only once.

Preferably even before he learns about people having the same face sometimes. Alas, I fear it shall not come to pass...

As it happens? I started doing one of those things last night!
I've thought for a long time now that it'd be hilarious if Claudia met Steve in-bar well before he got recruited to the Warehouse, and the lovely person who apped him was willing to go along with that plan. I've been interested both because more shenanigans is always a good plan and because Claudia runs her mouth a little too much (though that's been mitigated a bit by the T-Minus 'so you're a spy?' scare).

I've though about canon fixes for pups gaining sudden skills but I don't think I ever had anything that specific to be honest.

I do know there is one pup I hope to app sometime who randomly shows up with the ends of her hair dyed blue which is never really explained. The character is very straight laced up until this point and she had been missing for about 5-6 weeks so I was thinking it'd be funny if the dying happened in Milliways but that's about it.

I want to say yes, but I've done a rather spectacular job of doing bizarre things with my characters for so long that I can't honestly think of something I'd be unable to justify somehow.

I'm not sure what that says about me or my brain, but I'm sure it's not good.

At some point in the future, I'd like Gene to have the option of living again. I know it's happened to/for a few pups over the years.

I have no idea whether he'd actually take it. There are so many reasons for and against - more the latter than the former, at this point anyway - but it would be interesting to play the quandry.

To finally answer my own question (and I think my answer is a lot less thoughtful than these others have been) - at some point late in her canon, I kind of want someone to get Asami, er, kind of drunk and bitchfest with her. Because it's not something she'd do on her own, but at that point someone might be able to rope her into it, and the idea amuses me >_>

At least I'm not gunning to also turn her into a car.

I'm always eager to give Jack more action or find little plot arcs or things becuase canon is basically isolated days separated by years at a time.

But one major thing I've always been tempted to do even though I can't really see it...is have Jack learn to knit. :D

ETA: And one thing I've been tempted to do as well is have Jack come face-to-face with his father again. It's been kind of a thought for a couple Convos-With-Dead-People, but it's the kind of thing I'd probably want to thread, instead of writing the whole thing myself as I don't really know if I can write both characters discussing things in a realistic way, or even where the conversation would go.

I don't actually have anything specific, but I was saying to someone last night that it's hard to do things with Fry that are weirder than what canon's already done to him. In addition to making him the worst "Never Have I Ever" player in the universe, it also makes RPing him a challenge.

I've always kind of wanted to explore the kinds of weird tribes that would grow up around places like the Madonna Inn or the Gobbler in the Fallout universe. Would Fry like a visit to the grooviest hotel in a post-nuclear hell pit?

I actually really want Clementine to develop some kind of beauty parlor in the Bar at one point. Her truest talent is for makeovers, and when canon finishes happening it's not unreasonable that she'd turn to it and use it.

As for Dixie, I want to make her a songwriter.

For Clem's idea, I do have a pup I very much hope to bring to Bar (Andrea Nash) who at a very low point in her life dyes the ends of her hair blue for no apparent reason. In canon they even say "for some reason" and never really go into in. The character is very straight laced but I think Clem and her should get along and Clem could be the reason for the blue, sort of a hair salon pick me up, try something new thing.

For Michael I'd like him to be in a situation where he *isn't* able to be totally competent. The fire was a great start, but I really do love putting him in situations where he can't rely on his pretty intensive skill set to get him out of trouble, something that could really throw him off his game. I've been dabbling with ideas for a zombie apocalypse AU that's almost happened a couple times with tlh pups that disappeared on me. :( Michael Westen + zombies would be amazingly fun.

Gus' might actually be happening in canon... which almost makes me sad. I'd like him to have a normal relationship with a woman. One that doesn't end because she's a criminal/victim/insane. I want him to have a healthy relationship with someone that *isn't* Shawn.

Others... I don't know. Hmm.

I actually saw a Michael in a zombie game on LJ at one point - it was badass.
