Whenever Steve wants to say something he doesn't feel he should, he'll touch the other character--depending on how comfortable he is with them, it'll range from touching their hand to brushing his fingers through their hair to beeping their nose.

Bolin is a much stronger earthbender than even he knows. There's a lot of stuff in the original series about how it takes a ton of concentration/effort to earthbend without touching the ground -- Bolin's able to do it during a match like it ain't no thing. And while he's super-proud of his earthbending skills, he just thinks a move like that is good strategy, not something that's OMG SO UNIQUE.

(If someone told him otherwise, he'd be taken aback for about thirty seconds and then preen like crazy.)

This is easier for some characters and harder for others. I'll do the ones I can think of.

Charles craves touch, because while his telepathy lets him inside people's minds, he doesn't feel truly intimate unless there's some touching going on. That's why he's always reaching out to someone or doing small touches.

While Jane realizes the world is rather stacked against her as a woman, she has no desire to be a man or experience the world that way. Instead she wants to provide new ways of looking at women's lives.

Bumi can move like an Airbender. This includes being able to make it through the AirGates, though obviously since he's a non-bender someone else has to set them to spin.

It's a skill that's helped him win countless fights over the years, much to his father's pacifistic chagrin.

Mark's full name is Marcus Sebastian Grayson. He's not too fond of "Marcus." Judging from the way he's drawn throwing lots of left hooks in the comic, he's a southpaw.

Captain Marvel's full name is Carol Susan Jane Danvers. She's named after her maternal grandmother Caroline, Susan B. Anthony, and Jane Addams. When she was young her family called her Carrie, at school she was Carol, and in the Air Force, Cheeseburger.

She has a huge weakness for funnel cakes and cannot pass by any street festival without consuming at least one.

As a child, she once dressed up as Han Solo for Halloween. Unfortunately, this was long before her cat Chewbacca could have accompanied her trick-or-treating.

For Ben:
One from canon, Ben used to have a crush on Susan Storm. In fact it was because of this and her suggesting he was a coward because he wouldn't fly the rocket that got on the flight.

And a second from head canon, Ben has been harassed by the Yancy street gang since the early days of the Fantastic Four (first appearance was like #29 I think?) but the reason Ben puts up with them has never been made clear. Part of it is he refuses to let a bunch of kids get the better of him, part of it is guilt that he got away from Yancy Street to a better life and part of it is he sees himself as a symbol of that better life any of them could have and he will not let them chase away that dream.

For Jessica Drew:
Due to her childhood and adolescence, not to mention the brainwashing, she has serious trust issues. She is friendly with lots of people but really only trust a few. Carol Danvers is one and Logan is another. These people are the only ones she will ever trust completely over her own memories and doubts.

Juliet dances naked to Pat Benetar and Laura Brannigan songs. Yes. And she and Shawn have Sunday nights reserved as movie night. No matter what else is going on, they always have their time together.

Pinkie's Pinkie Sense is actually a family thing, handed down on her mother's side.
