Since we don't seem to have one yet, and I have a question . . .
If your pup were the anthropomorphic personification of something, what would it be?
For example, I fully believe Meg could be some kind of demigoddess of Organization in a very tidy religion out there somewhere.

Castiel: Faith
Luna: Belief (Which seems like it should be a repeat, but it feels quite different.)
Parker: Chutzpah
John Winchester: Resolve
I'm not sure about Dumbledore and Mary Bennet. I'll have to give them some more thought.

Dumbledore is one of the Wizards who Watch Over and is placed beside Gandalf and others in that pantheon.

I think Charles is the Patron Saint of misunderstood powered teenagers or compassion in the religion of Superheroism, the Marvel Sect.
Demeter doesn't get an answer because she's already a goddess.
Jane is the Goddess of Women Writers, sometimes known as Jane of Domestic Comedy.
Tumnus is a rather small saint of tea and comfort in a religion about comforts of home.
Will is a lesser known saint of loyalty and connected to Robin Hood, god of outlaws and protecting your home.
William is tricky, I'm not sure what to do with him, something about older brothers and responsibility.
Moist would be connected to a god of liars, perhaps a lesser saint, the one of the clean getaway.
Sameth would be connected to creating, he who makes it work.
The Pirate King is a pirate god, the one of fast talkers.

So, um, yeah.
Although to be honest, Death is a little bit limiting, given some of the stuff Gordon pulls. We've been leaning fairly heavily on the assumption that the three protagonists of the original Half-Life and its spinoffs- Gordon, Adrian, and Barney- can be mapped to the three major gods of the Hindu pantheon, with Gordon mapping to Shiva the Destroyer, Barney to Vishnu the Preserver (there's a reason he had to spend the twenty years between the Incident and City 17 awake and active), and Adrian, who has a country and a Corps to rebuild, to Brahma the Creator. Does that count?

Mordin and Zira are mildly offended at the species-centric nature of the question. 'Anthropo' doesn't apply to everybody, thank you very much.
Medic... meh, I'm thinkin' we say he's the personification of Fear of the Medical Establishment and call it a day.
Arcade does not want to be the personification of anything because that draws attention, but he'll probably settle for being the Avatar of the People Who Don't Get Noticed, since that's more or less the constituency the Followers of the Apocalypse deal with and the people he's concerned about the most- and he would prefer not to be noticed himself, for various reasons. ("I'm boring. I told you this already.")
Varric wants to be the Paragon of Dwarven Mojo, in the Austin Powers sense of the word. I am not sure whether to trust him with this or not.
And Ellen... on the good days, which she really prefers, she's quietly doing her best to live up to what la fee verte said once in Bar, the whole 'green mother' who brings life to the Wasteland thing. On the bad days, which are way too frequent, she has to quiet the words of Genghis Khan in her head, because she and I both fear the day she accepts them: "I am the Scourge of God. If you had not committed such great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you."

Fry - Luck and/or fate
Brisco - dedication

Lucas would've been innocence once upon a time. Now he's something closer to corrupted innocence.
Lohengrin would probably be the personification of the will to fight fate. But who isn't in Princess Tutu? Unfortunately he gets stuck with the crap circumstances, like other people having taboos that you just know they're gonna break.

Alfred - Guardians
Erik - Astrophysics? as a saint for Science, or even just Physics of course

River... oh man. Huh. Waif-Fu is probably too meta... Some sort of protector of kids and/or little siblings, maybe: childlike and cheerful, until you put her in a corner or try to hurt someone who needs protection.
Regan would be the patron saint of small talk and networking lunches.
Clare's canon is already pretty epic, but in terms of personification... hmm. I will have to ponder this. Heh, maybe she's the embodiment of Legacies.
Uzura is New Beginnings and Second Chances.
Edit: Oh, and Trowa! Is another hard one. Secrets? Silence? Identity Complications? Uh.

Yrael, anthropomorphic personification of Selfishly-Motivated Philanthropy
Zelgadiss, chimerimorphic personification of Perseverance
:D

Ben is the embodiment of clobbering and determination.
Beast Boy is the embodiment of youthful excitement and change.
Hank is the embodiment of science and personal growth, though not often the growth or change you want.
Palamedes is the embodiment of protection and perseverance.
Kate is the embodiment of soldiering on and kicking ass.
Julie is the embodiment of heritage and personal growth.
Jessica is the embodiment of survival and over coming obstacles.
Thalia is the protector and hunter.

Evil Chicken is the galline representation of distraction. Nothing very anthropomorphic about him.

Slendy: Fear. Heh.
Merlin: Loyalty.
Bilbo: Home comforts.
Jack: Growth.
Stuart: Cleverness.

Loyalty to the Country always, loyalty to the government when it deserves it.

I feel justified given the times Steve has resigned as Captain America in the comics when he's been asked to do something (or ordered to do something) he felt wasn't right. That's my boy.

Amy would canonically be Ordinariness, though these days it's probably more Ordinariness in an Extraordinary Situation (though she has still got the freckles).
Remus is Loyalty at this stage of things.
Anna is the (metaphorical) curve ball personified.
Gigi is all Southern Charm.
And the TARDIS is All of Time and All of Space.
I'm not sure about Lily. I can't quite put my finger on it.
aka lol idk

Technically she's a god of Time as it is, also.

Mako...would probably be some personification of paternity. There is a reason Mama Mako is so big on tumblr.

Kenny is the personification of a cupcake.

(I could probably come up with something for the others, but I don't feel like it right now.)

Henry Mills: Faith in Goodness' Triumph (a little complex, but there you go)
Lois Lane: Integrity, with a dose of Unstoppable Force
Tavi: Weaponized Ingenuity, with a dose of Unstoppable Force
My new potential would be--and canonically kind of is--Innocence.
