For Cata, I have to go with Medic being afflicted by the were-wiener plot. That was just... strange. (On the other hand, I think it drove home for her how much she actually does care about and for him.)

Sam: Well, he thinks the entire quest that is his canon was pretty weird, not to mention certain paternal revelations at the end of said. But the winner here is from Millicanon: IMDb flu, that time he and Alyx did Tango: Maureen in the middle of the bar.

Claudia gets complicated.
Canon I've put her through: Having to keep Artifact-whammied StalkerWithACrush!Artie in line during a case.
Canon she hasn't hit yet: The Doom and Gloom machine convincing her she was going to die (and then Leena saved the day!).
Millicanon: THE APOCALYPSE. ALL OF THEM.

Apollo: Were-wieners. It takes a lot to outweird his family, especially some of the things his dad's done in the name of getting laid, but that did it.

Imp: Being used by music with rocks in it. Twice.

Regulus: Meeting the wife of the son of his cousin... who only just got married and is years from being pregnant, in his timeline.

Red: SO HOW ABOUT THAT CURSE, REGINA
(as for Millicanon, though, possibly Cubefall, and the realisation alongside it that she couldn't take either choice it gave her, even for a few days, until she knew more about herself.)
