Closing Apps Nov. 15-16th

For those of you who still haven't got your apps in yet, the majority of New York and New Jersey have had their electrical power back for some time now. I realize Long Island is still suffering because LIPA can't get their customers back on the grid fast enough, and PSE&G and JCP&L haven't got everybody either, but for the most part the power has been back on for some time. I'll be closing the apps midnight of 15 November going into 16 November, so you've got about a day and a half left.
