So last month was my five-year Milliversary, though I could not tell you exactly when because I was too busy to look it up then on account of costume season and am too lazy to do it now. But cupcakes for everybody all the same!

Anyway, looking at my roster of pups it occurred to me that in the chat-and-stats-based games I used to do, my gang are so overpowered they'd pretty much be NPCs; and aaaages ago when I used to mod in said games, individually-tailored quests were my favorite things to run; and with costume season over, my health relatively stable and the norseplot in a lull until the smoke clears? Let me run stuff for you. My dudes are NPCs at your disposal.

There's about a 90% chance I don't know your pup's canon at all (life is short and the reading pile is long) so I can't promise any canon-related scenes. What I can do though is individually tailored to your pup--what do you want for them? My gang can inflict trauma or heal it; bestow godfavors or punishment; resurrect or be killed; teach skills, make body modifications both magic and mundane, even offer employment if your pup needs money. I can do comedy, horror, anything in between; one-off scenes or longer plots. If there's something you secretly want for your pup, srsly, let me know (PM, IM, whatever makes you happiest; contact info at that link up there) and we can make it happen.

As long as you don't mind slowtime, because work and health and sleep and crafting and stuff

Love the Norseplot so far. Sorry about all the dropped threads, but I am in the same boat in regards to slowtimes.

Oh hell, every thread doesn't have to be a long, drawn out meaningful conversation. I should know better. I have done too many of the short, meaningless atmosphere building threads not to know. :P

I am looking forward to the sharp left turn the Norseplot is about to take. And no worries on dropped threads! Life happens and stuff; I mean, I flaked out for an entire year there. It is all good.

Jonathan wants to be immortal (not because he wants to live forever so much as because he's terrified of what happens when he dies). The Buffyverse being what it is, there are a number of options but none of them are particularly attractive given their drawbacks... Gaby's Evil Queen is also a possibility there, but I am open to your pups being involved.

I've got three different gods with three different flavors of immortality; Skaði can do it like freezing, not temperature-wise but just things do not progress or change. Loki (once he gets his body back) can do it by amplifying the spark of life so that it's stronger than death. And Weyland can do it with... basically a controlled and reversible death to confuse fate, is probably the easiest way he could do it. But he can do it other ways too; for him it's all about balance, and what a person is willing to sacrifice in order to achieve a result. Drawbacks are always negotiable ^_^

Hmmm. A freezing-like option might be best, because really, who wants to live forever in a body that ages without dying? I shall consider!

Jonathan and I are very interested in what Weyland might be able to do! And Jonathan would willingly sacrifice a hand or an eye or some other non-essential body part if that was Weyland's price, or really he'd negotiate on most things.

Weyland's currently tied up in a bit of plot stuff but he should be out of it pretty soon (soon as I get this scene done, basically) and then he will be around for commissioning purposes.

Someday an OOM with a certain apprentice could be fun. She's matured a far bit and changed a lot but I think she still can learn from him. If nothing else a "thank you for all you taught me but I'm ready to move on now" thread woudl be good.

That should totally happen! (Maybe she can meet his next apprentice ^_^ )
