DE:
So a guy walks in to his doctor's office for his yearly checkup. "You have a week to live," the doc says. "Now get out of my office."
"What?!" the patient says. "I want a second opinion!"
"You want a second opinion?" the doctor says. "You're ugly, too!"
Anyway. Daily entertainment, folken.
Your pups have an entire Saturday night to themselves. No responsibilities, no obligations, and no commitments the following morning. What do they do?

I confess I have no idea what Jack would do. If he'd had the rest of the day as R&R as well, he'd probably be collapsing into bed having gone somewhere to do something strenuous like rock climbing.
Max Epper (
Erik Selvig (
Max and Erik are two of a kind. They'd probably both be up ridiculously late working on some pet project or other.
Although, the only way Max gets a saturday night literally to himself, is when he's away on business. Otherwise he's spending it with Doris.
Alfred Pennyworth (
Alfred would have gone to the opera, or something similar, but there are too many painful memories attached to that now.
These days, he'll probably pursuade the music system to play in whichever room he's been over that day, and sit down. Maybe with a glass of wine.
Bean (
Bean doesn't know what 'no obligations' means. He always has an obligation to feed himself.
When he grows up? He might be up rediculously late thinking up stupid ideas for what to do with an army, but he still doesn't know the meaning of 'no obligations'.

Kirk reads quietly in his room. Or maybe has a few drinks with Bones. But he would say there are always obligations.
Gibbs would do the same thing he does every night. Get so drunk they toss him out of the bar.
Howard would go to the best nightclub in the city in his best suit or tux, dance up a storm, and attempt to find some female companionship for the night. Failing that, he would leave at not too late an hour and get some sleep the next morning.
Cy would play video games and eat pizza. But his eye never veers too far from the TroubleAlert.
Charlie is past the point of acting like he has no responsibilities. There is always something going on somewhere that he wants to know about. Which means another Saturday night on the Internet peering into holes no one wants him peering in.

Try to TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

Alternately...
"Are you pondering what I'm pondering, Master Gibbs."
"I think so, Captain, but we'll need more rum."

Palamedes doesn't understand this DE.
Hank would likely spend it finishing up some research he's had to put on hold or catching up on current scientific papers.
Thalia would likely buy a pizza or baskets of cheeseburgers and have a bad movie night, with movies like Repo Man and other cult classics.
Jessica would gets pints of ice cream and watch lots of Hugh Grant flicks or action movies like the Bourne trilogy or Mission Impossible.
Andrea is all about trashy, pirate-themed romance novels and likely fried food or BBQ.
Val...I'm not sure. She's just as likely to go base jumping as she is to finish up experiments. Maybe both at the same time if she rigs some sort of remote system tied to her armor's interface.

Bruce Banner - SCIENCE!!! Or maybe, occasionally, chill with a book.
Bruce Wayne - hit the gym, probably. At least until he gets the Batsignal to summon him to kick hell out of Saturday-night criminals instead of weekday ones.

Er, that is, they would most likely have a movie marathon and make out during the parts that don't involve explosions and/or ninjas.
no subject
I'm actually not sure if that is the movie or the area around the date exploding.

Charles if left on his own would read and work on a project. Raven would take him out to the pubs, if Erik was about, he would spend the entire night playing chess, talking and flirting with Erik. Or if Iris is around, he'd spend the night with her, eating, enjoying each other and exploring something new.
Sameth makes things unless he has someone to take him out to do things like Nick or Kait, but he's happiest just working.
William isn't good at not doing anything. If Thalia's around, they would watch a movie, talk, make out and have a moment of being teenagers. At home, reading with his family and trying to make Mark and his mother laugh.
For Demeter it depends on the season, in the Spring/Summer, she's with her daughter or possibly someone from Milliways, sex is good for life. In the Winter, she's on the road and so will be with the family she's with and helping them be happy.
With Jane, it depends on if there's an assembly or a party, if there is one, she'll be there with her family. If not, then dinner with her family and writing or reading.
Moist, it depends on the part he's playing and where he is, but he's quite happy to have good food, drink and good company though he's probably lying to the company.
Tumnus' is happiest by a fire reading or writing with Lucy and his friends, he will bake if he has time and play music. If there's a reason to dance, he'll love that.
The Pirate King controls what happens on his ship and a good night for him involves drinking, singing and kissing.

at a random bar, surprising the random bar-goers with a free performance by the local music sensation Felix White, or Bianca Silvestri. Whoever he's feeling like pretending to be, that night.
Or, he'd sleep. ^_^
Sunshine with a Saturday night off? That never happens. But if it did, she'd likely putter around her apartment and try to unwind. Read some, or catch up on some of the discussion posts she's following on the globenet. Maybe go over to Mel's house for the night. Try to sleep as late as she can the next morning.
Zelgadiss would practice his sword-forms, and/or try to find a local library or temple to
break into anddo some research.no subject

Denis Leary was also on the Daily Show the other day, and he was promoting his book (or book-shaped coaster) Merry Fucking Christmas, sales of which go to help firefighters. I was totally giggling the whole time.

Ako has been listening to podcasts for healthcare providers lately. I kind of wish she'd let me have my iPod back.
Robo looks at old pictures of dead friends if he doesn't have a project going. He tries not to run out of projects.
Janet watches reality TV and cartoons with a big bowl of popcorn and a drink with a crazy spiral straw.
Artemis goes looking for muggers to beat up. She's a little hazy on this idea of free time. Also, it's great stress relief.

Raph is at the Tortoise keeping his usual bar perch warm and watching Abigail run the house. He'll help out anyway he can when asked.
Splinter is probably reading, meditating, or practicing his calligraphy.
Bumi, assuming he isn't underway, is probably answering to the name Chong in some dive bar playing Pai Sho for money. Though, the case could also be made for him spending some time with his pay-by-the-hour ladyfriends.
Aang is with his friends having adventures, because...he's 12 and that's what you do on a Saturday night.
Ida is totally playing Mahjong online.
The Loompas are plotting and scheming.

Just saying the kid'd love it.

If he were still drinking he wouldn't need a Saturday night as an excuse to get shitfaced. Maybe there's a game on TV. Depending on the state of his relationship(s) with the women in his life, he'd probably be out with the guys trying to pick up chicks. But even that has its limits.
Really, where's the fire?
no subject
That, or just come to Milliways and see if Oswin is around to banter with.no subject
Lois: video game, go to a bar and drink, watch football and yell at the TV, if they're in town find monster trucks, 80s karaoke, Cousin Time with Chloe, maybe learn-to-be-less-dysfunctional time with Jonathan and/or Martha (until that option is unavailable), find a way to frustrate Clark for fun, and once she's a reporter just keep working; any of these may include her boyfriend if she has one, deadly danger, or both.
Tavi rarely has time, and some might be given to things which would be Useful. However, he likes reading, playing his chess expy, time with Kitai (horseback rides are a favorite), time with Max and Ehren off-hours, and eventually playing with his kid(s).

Carol would spend the night at home, for once. She'd find a pair of comfy sweatpants, order a pizza, grab a pint of Ben & Jerry's from the freezer, and curl up on the couch with her cat Chewie to watch Star Wars. (So basically Mike's night, but more furry.)

Dix: would find herself a lover and well, you know the rest of the story ;)
Jules: Would hang out with Shawn doing ridiculously cute and perky couple-y things. SHAWN YOU WILL LEARN TO SALSA SOME DAY.
Pinkie Pie: Would go visiting and spend as much time as possible with her friends.
