Interesting topic!

Carl is probably the best swimmer of the bunch, what with Delta and Ranger training and all that. I've got it in a bit of headcanon that he's attempted to surf but he's not great - certainly not as good as Jack is. ;)

Doc is likely the second best swimmer - he grew up in Alabama and there was a good-sized lake nearby the farm, as well as several creeks. He likes swimming in Milliways and thinks the beach is great, and the lake will do in a warmer season. I don't think he's ever really seen an indoor pool. He'd likely be very confused, honestly.

Dan can swim, not great but he can. I don't think he really enjoys it much though.

Skellig floats very well - advantage of having hollow bird-bones. Swimming with a pair of wings sprouted from your back is awkward, but he can manage to paddle around if the situation calls for it. He prefers to dive and surface, fly up, dive, surface. Repeat. Etc.

Jim Gordon can swim - probably decently, too. But Gotham doesn't have many places to do so besides gyms or private pools, so he doesn't often.

Jake can likely manage to keep himself afloat and swim across short distances of water (rivers, creeks, etc) but any major efforts would be awkward until he got the hang of it.

Probie can swim. I have it in headcanon that he took lessons as a kid and was kind of pathetic at it for awhile.

Han cannot swim. He can float, and he could stay above water if he had to - but it would be more of the 'survival' mode than swimming for pleasure. There would be lots of dog paddling and flailing.
