Val is more honestly cheery rather than forced cheery since she first came to Milliways. I don't know if this translates or not, but it's clear in my head.
Palamedes has shifted a lot. At first he was nothing but stoic and calm, very much like Teal'c (which I blame on using Christopher Judge as a PB). This fit him in canon, but not the mental voice as I was taking him from a millenia or so before canon. Now he is more formal, but there's is a hint of the gallant, or so I imagine. Again, I don't know if I write this clearly or not.

The others haven't change anywhere near as much, some more maturity and I feel more confident writing them.

Artemis, on the other hand, is gaining a new appreciation for some of the paranoia that Robin exhibits. Maintaining more than two identities is tiring and if she starts meeting people from home who know about her as Artemis-the-vigilante and as Artemis-Green-Arrow's-niece she's going to get increasingly twitchy about it.
The others haven't changed as much, mostly because they're older.
Tyler has, I think, change in my play style the most. That was because I was suffering from crossed signals with another pup I had when I started him so his style of having the tags written out is different from all my others.

Claudia's addressed some grieving that needed to be addressed, survived an apocalypse and gotten a semi-promotion based on the fact that she goes to Milliways regularly. And the way Bar works is, I think, going to help her sort through some stuff when the canon time comes.
Imp remembers a couple very important weeks in his life now! And he has rather a lot of money by Morporkian standards (unless and until Moist talks him into a dubious investment - if Imp gets out of that unscathed it'll only be because Moist can't talk him into it).
Regulus... well, stay tuned for Christmas Carol plot. After that he's going to be rather less inclined to agree to things just to shut up his mother and Bella.
Red is getting a little more comfortable with all aspects of herself; she hasn't fully embraced the wolf yet, but she has closure with Peter and friends who don't think she's a monster, which makes it easier for her to stop thinking of herself as a monster.

Originally I picked Mike up for two simple reasons:
1) To keep someone else from apping and playing Dude!Mikey
2) Because I needed a crack character to play for funsies.
The bastard then went and grew a whole new third dimension that I never intended him to have! He went and fell in love, something I also didn't give him permission to do.
I think the biggest change Raph's undergone is the shift from *Action* tagging style to the more prose-based one.

Also I'm a little more comfortable with her voice now, so getting tags out of her (past the first one or two) is slightly less like pulling teeth.
