DE: Fashionably something...

So in honor of my posting so late in the day, how punctual is you pup? Does it bother them to be late? Does it bother them when others are late or cause them to be late?

Guardians learn to be punctual. If you're a professional hero and you get in the habit of being late, the consequences can be worse than annoying people or missing a show.

I don't think it bothers him too much if other people are a bit late, but if they cause him to be late, that can be a problem.

Alfred is always precisely punctual. Or early, if he has uncertain factors like traffic to account for.

Erik prefers to be on time, while cultivating the 'harried professor' appearance with his undergrads. This means he invariable turns up approximately (precisely) one minute before his lectures are due to start, rather than the recommended five, but still gets started exactly on time. (Why the hell would you use technology when there's a perfectly good wipeboard/roller screen here?) His post-grads, though tend to see him be perfectly punctual.

Max has very few inhibitions about being late. Except to lectures.

Jack is military. He's always on time.

Bean wants to know why punctuality is an issue.

Honestly, I never gave it any thought. But Gibbs is the only pup I have who would ever be late for anything. The rest of them want to be there on time for professional and personal reasons. Not unlike me.

Petra Arkanian- ALWAYS on time. A late soldier is a dead soldier.

Skysong- Kitten will get there whenever she feels like it. And if there is something shiny along the way.... good luck.

Momiji Shoma- Momiji is half and half. If his friends are waiting, he'll be on time, but otherwise he'll just have fun in the journey.

Late? For things? This guy?
*cough*

Never.

Both Mike and Raph are habitually late for things for different reasons. Mike because he got distracted by something, or didn't take into account travel time. Raph because weird shit keeps stopping him from being where he's supposed to be when he's supposed to be there.

Splinter is usually early.

Ida has an internal atomic clock, it comes standard with her build. If she's ever late for something, it's because she's doing it on purpose. Probably because she doesn't like you.

Amascut is flexible with others, but she tries to be strict with herself, but that can only go so far. She comes from a pre-industrial world and timekeeping is imprecise in most cases. Sure, there are clock towers in some towns and clockwork devices are well developed, but personal time-keeping devices aren't fashionable. Clocks are more for navigation and orienteering, and clockworks get used for building toys and traps more often than actual clocks and watches. People don't care much about time except when it comes to navigation. Before sundown, before sunrise, before this popsicle melts is sometimes the best you can do, timewise.

Will's from an era when time was measured by the sun and the church services, so he gets there when he needs to.

Charles is punctual unless he knows that the person he's meeting tends to run late, then he arrives at the right time for them. He's a telepath and cheats.

Jane is punctual, that's something well bred ladies do in her time, but there are times she runs late due to writing.

Sameth tries to be punctual but it doesn't always work especially if he's working on a project.

William makes sure that he's on time, as time is important to him and he's fiercely protective of his father's watch.

Moist, it depends on the character he's playing but he always knows the right moment to leave.

Demeter is punctual for what she is but her sense of time is not mortal.

Tumnus tries to be punctual but his clock is set by seasons and the sun more than a clock.
