There is a woman lounging on the sofa (blue, leather) with a very fuzzy Standard Poodle (who is desperately in need of a haircut) asleep beside her.

She also has a large plate of syrup-drenched waffles for herself.

"This place needs a waffle bar," she says to nobody in particular.

"Oh yes, waffles help everything. Apollo is looking adorably puffballish,"

Fi brings over her tea and sits down nearby.

"He is cute like this, but it would be nice to actually see his eyeballs," Ali says, pushing aside her laptop slightly to make room for the tea. "If I bother to put on real pants today, I might go into work and groom him."

"No pants sounds nice. Today isn't a good day for working with the rain and the news and just life."

"These pj pants are comfy, but they're not groom-worthy," she says. "Going back to bed was an option."

"Lucky. I considered calling out sick today but didn't. Its been years since I had a good pair of pj pants though I do have some nice lounge pants. Do you have anyone scheduled for today?"

"Seconded. Waffles would be awesome," comments the superteen in blue and yellow.

"Puppy." Says the Muscovite, who is now cuddling the poodle.

Because dog.

Seriously, she's getting a little deprived, maybe she'll be up for conversation once she has her dose of canine.
