(To be honest, he really doesn't. If something needs doing, he goes and does it.)
Bruce Wayne - he doesn't. At all.
Bruce Banner - sit and stress. And then try not to stress. Stop for angsty conversations with security guards, and then borrow their motorbike to get back to the action.
Ha. It occurs to me that none of my pups are really the procrastinating types. It must be wish-fulfillment on my part, as I am a world-champion procrastinator, and hate it. (I'm doing it right now.)

Helena doesn't really believe in procrastination. She'd rather get something done, then go to the next thing and get that done. If she has writer's block, she'll go for a walk to clear her head, and hope she doesn't bump into any Artifacts along the way.

Zelgadiss likewise doesn't believe in procrastination. If something needs to be done, there's no use in putting it off. Besides, it's likely that whatever needs doing is keeping him from his true purpose, which is to find a cure for his chimeric body.
Sunshine tends to go on cleaning-sprees when she wants to put off doing something she'd rather not do. She might not even admit that she's procrastinating, using the time-honored "Cleaning isn't procrastinating; it's getting things done!" excuse.

Mike will do just about anything else. Anything including, but not limited to: training, cleaning, playing music, running, playing video games, watching television, cooking, sleeping...etc.
Splinter meditates. Or...pretends to.
Raph finds somewhere else to be.

Merlin doesn't have time to procrastinate, but if he did, he'd practice magic.
Bilbo cooks, bakes, gardens, or smokes.
The Ice King writes fan fiction, practices his ninja moves,
spies onvisits Finn and Jake, has a jam session, watches TV with the penguins, or plots to marry a princess. His entire life is procrastination.no subject
Dixie: Ends up napping.
Juliet: Snacking! And movie watching.
Pinkie Pie: Bakes. A LOT.
