As of this thread, there is a giant mutant catfish head wrapped in plastic in one of the kitchen refrigerators, and by 'giant' I mean 'half the size of Ellen's torso'. It has a note pinned to it apologizing for its presence and marking it out as being NOT intended for dinner, just for temporary preservation until it can be identified.

Oh, interesting. I always had the impression that the sylladex was an inter-dimensional space, so nothing goes bad in it. I'll have to ask Karkat-mun.

It's entirely possible that that's the case. Ellen doesn't know, so she's not taking chances, that's all.
