Substitute DE: Drink sangria in the park
What is your pup's, or your own, perfect date? What do they do? Where do they go? Is it with someone special or whomever?
Also, this doesn't have to be a romantic thing.
ETA: I'm hoping for what actions make a great date for your pup, rather than who your pup would spend time with.

But what is the perfect date for Steve? Not the person, the action.
Steve McGarrett
On the other hand, he treats his partner, Danny, to a lot of things he doesn't share with her or anyone else in his own family. Takes him a full day events to share the most important places of his childhood -- whether it's hiking up into the mountains to see petroglyph's or going far out on the ocean to a secret perfect fishing spot. Things that look overwhelmingly like date -- whether you consider them romantic or not.
(Which I'm not sure I consider the first ones to be, but I do think that how they happen are exactly how Steve would attempt to date someone. Because it's his way of letting someone into those thing that are most personal/hidden/sacred and himself. Also, he'd be spectacularly bad at ever intimating this was his point or hope, likely, ever before hand.
Dating = [hopefully] Emotional Connection & Rational Recognition = / = Steve. He'd mean well.)

Hank is willing to do anything with Raven. If he had to call the shots though, it'd be a toss up between a museum, planetarium, or jazz show. He is pretty sheltered so anything new is a good bet. I keep meaning to do a Ferris Bueller's Day Off type of date thread with Raven where she kidnaps him from Division X and they go to town.
Andra would be good with a visit to a firing range and playing with lots of different weapons. She also loves BBQ and I think she misses rodeos. I can't image someone who grew up in Texas not enjoying rodeos but then again I grew up in Nevada and rodeos don't do a lot for me.

Then again, I moved to New England at first opportunity, so I don't really count for Texan spiritually.

Loved so much that this spring I invited two of the Milliways Cowboy-Writing girls fro Milli-Rodeo this just-past spring, and I'm totally tempted to be wiling to host another one next year.

Likewise with Bilbo: "dating," or courtship, was mostly just a way for a couple to spend time together: walks, meals, perhaps a quiet drink at the pub or going on an adventure to kill a dragon...
Lydia likes watching "The Notebook" with Jackson.
The Ice King's ideal date is marrying a princess. ("What do you mean, that's not a date?")
Steve likes simple things too, walks and picnics and so on, though he and Orpheus have had some spectacular dates--my personal favorite being the trip to Paris, where they went to Notre Dame and the Louvre, and then ate chocolate and made out in the Tuileries.

Fairy Fixit likes geeking out about magic, tech, and/or CSI: Elevator Inspectors Unit

Tavi-- sorry, I hate to say it, but actions don't matter to him for this. So long as he's with Kitai and preferably no crises interrupt for at least an hour and they have sex at the end of the night, that makes a good date.
Lois has a laundry list, man. Going to get a proper cup of coffee, lunch (checking out the new chalupa place), picnics in the park, dancing in the rain, and oh right, monster truck rallies. Going to a karaoke bar for 80s night so she can lay claim to the Whitesnake songs. Underneath the trappings she only needs a couple basics: food and a bit of adventure, be it small or large; and in general, a night where her boyfriend doesn't have to run off with no explanation partway through, or at least comes back. So long as she feels like she matters, for just a little while, she's good.

Charles is happiest when two aspect come together when he's with someone, when there's a lot of physical closeness and psychic closeness. If they let him into their head and cuddle, he doesn't need much more. I mean he adores going out to pubs, parties, museums and all of that but his happiest moments with Erik are playing chess and talking. With Iris, he loves just being with her and they don't need to be doing much more than that.
Sameth grew up with parents who are quietly affectionate, its clear they love each other but date night and that sort of idea don't happen for them. That's why for Sam, his favorite way to spend time with Kait is while working, he's designing while she's reading or writing something diplomatic. That's what he loves because he knows he can share all of his thoughts with her and then later making out and sex, but its that he can talk to her and just be with her that he loves.
William hasn't had that many dates and courting in his era can take a lot of different forms. What he and Thalia had was never as formal as in his time, but what he enjoyed was going riding or a picnic with her. He enjoyed being with someone who doesn't ask that he talk a lot but is happy to swim or ride instead of get dressed up and do something.
Moist has had dates as parts of jobs so he knows how to do a lot of types of courting and dating. His favorite sort of reason to go out with someone is when they can keep up with him. That's why he adored his first time being with Joshua, who helped with the con, took some chances and then there was good sex. He doesn't want something easy to predict, he wants a day or evening that takes unexpected turns and is full of fun.
Jane is from an era when there are ways you're meant to court and spend time with someone you like. She and Tom didn't completely follow these rules which is one reason they worked. Dancing, talking, going for walks, she does enjoy that but he argued with her and they talked more deeply about books. Going to the carnival was her favorite interaction with him because the rules were a little looser.
Demeter finds the whole structure of dating and how you woo too strict. She's happiest to be in a place where things are growing with someone she loves, if they talk, make love, whatever order, she doesn't care.
Tumnus is tricky because I find it hard to think of him in a relationship, but I think he would choose to be quiet with someone he cares about. Walk through the forest, read together and have tea.
The Pirate King enjoys being glorious and boisterous so his idea of a great date with someone would be causing trouble. I imagine that his time with Ruth near the end of the operetta would be close to his perfect date. Someone who can keep up with him, who he can sing with and cause trouble.

Bruce Wayne - well these days, a perfect date is generally some sort of fight - either for practice, or the real deal - followed by food and hanging out. He likes that far better than the society stuff he's obliged to do as Bruce Wayne.
Bruce Banner - also a traditionalist, I would think. Hard to say with him; he shuts down at any talk of women, these days.
Javert - EXCUSE ME WHILE I DIE LAUGHING.
Ahem. He has never known any kind of date/courtship, so. Not only do I have no idea, neither does he.

Then they'll engage in lengthy, delightful conversation which may or may not involve drinks and an exchanging of thoughtful, homemade gifts.
This is somewhat person-specific. *side-eyes Hannibal*

Juliet: Movie dates! And she and Shawn have them all the time.
Dixie: A fine dinner.
Pinkie: Does not date, I fear.
