Hey there! Varric Tethras, dwarven merchant prince and crossbow slinger here. Don't know if you're familiar with the Dragon Age games from Bioware, but that's Varric's canon. He's.... a bit different from Papa Tolkien's dwarves.

Milliways is a bag of cats, which is to say it has nearly a decade's worth of random story and weirdness, so never be afraid to ask questions if you hear about things like the squid in the lake, the demon rabbits, the evil karaoke machine, etc. It sounds like you already know people though, so hopefully you love it here, weirdness and all!
