The apps have been processed for October, except for the handful that require a few changes and/or are delayed due to RL (you know who you are).

Will the player who apped Killer Diller from Beetle Bailey please contact us regarding the issues I PM'ed you about last month? If I don't hear from you by Halloween, I'm deleting the character and the app.
