Since it's been a busy week and other folks are probably either sleeping yesterday off or dealing with RL, whereas I'm visiting my parents and trying not to disturb the renovations going on down in the kitchen, I'm just gonna step in and put this up here:
What is your character’s primary goal? What is your character’s secondary goal? (A goal can be anything from something very concrete (to become the world’s greatest goose juggler, find their true love, catch the west valley killer) to something more abstract (avoid confrontation, enjoy themselves, reach enlightenment).) Why are these goals for them? How do they plan to go about achieving these goals? What would they sacrifice for these goals, and what would they give up these goals for?

Kirk: It's all about going Out There. He's given up everything else in service of that goal. And frankly, I don't think he's ever been happy. And it's killing him that in a matter of weeks he is losing his ship one last time. But it is who he is. He has no regrets. Even without a lasting love, even without kids, even without much respect from his peers.
Howard: His first goal was to fly. His second goal was to make his aviation firm a success. His third goal is to have a family. The first two came with ease, and kind of help him not worry so much about the third. When it's time, it will happen, too. As a result, he is about as relaxed as anyone in his position can be. Sacrifice? Sure, he is willing, but he knows that his sacrifices are small next to those Steve and Bucky made in the war.
Charlie: Right now, his only goal is to find a new home. But it seems that he is subconsciously resisting moving out of the bar. He is a bundle of neuroses, isn't he? And he is not big on sacrifice. There is always a smarter way to get what you want, right?
Cy: He doesn't really know what he wants next. Other than to find a life outside Titans Tower that matters as much as life inside. But without a clearer idea, he isn't like to move ahead much.
Gibbs: Goals? What goals? As long as he has his rum and the occasional adventure with Jack, he doesn't need goals.

As for sacrifice? I don't know. Her enemies are always quick to point out to the adventurer that every defeat of Amascut's plots weakens her, as if she invests a lot of herself into her schemes. But the reward for foiling one of her schemes is always a complete wash or a double edged sword. And, well, cats... you can't trust what cats tell you :P
Fairy Fixit: Not sure. Praise for her work from the Queen? Free time after work? Retire and explore the multiverse? She isn't quite human and she doesn't even attempt to pretend at it like Amascut does, and the Zanaris Fairies as a species might have some drives and instincts that I don't know about. Sacrifice-wise, she is willing to put herself in some very dangerous situations in order to get a job done.
Evil Chicken: GLORIOUS REVOLUTION! (?)

Mulan: Keep her parent's teachings alive. I don't have a canon answer...maybe keeping Aurora safe?
Val von Doom: Finding her home dimension. Protecting the innocent or weak when possible.
Hank McCoy: Protect America. Learn all the things. Find other mutants (since meeting Charles, Raven and Eric).
Quinlan Vos: Younger, become a jedi. Older, save those jedi he can from the Empire's hunters. Keep his children from being touched by darkness.
Thalia Grace: Protect half-bloods, make her own destiny.
Brimstone: Spoiler white text: Free his people from slavery and tyranny. Give his apprentice a second chance at a happy life.
Andrea Nash: Protect and serve the innocent and weak. Keep children from suffering like she did. Find love and happiness.
Anton Gorodetsky: Maintain the balance and respect the Treaty. Future: protect his family, raise his daughter well.

Leela: Traveling with the Doctor is the sort of thing that completely frustrates the idea of having specific goals in mind. Fighting for justice will do.
Kane: Ascension. Just what ascension is isn't made completely clear, though it appears to be the evolution of man to a posthuman interstellar species. I have heard rumors of a fourth game which vaguely implies that Kane is an alien who orchestrated the Tiberium Wars to rope himself a Stargate off the planet, but that's just a ridiculous rumor. No such game exists - after all, if that's all he wanted, an evil genius like Kane could surely think of a less circuitous and needlessly elaborate way of getting it.
Caius: His goals are whatever the Emperor says they are.
Garyn: In the future, he'll have a lot of goals. Unite the tribes and the houses. Destroy Dagoth Ur. Protect Morrowind. Smash the Camonna Tong. End slavery. And he may one day desire to drive the Empire away and be leader and Hortator of Morrowind as Nerevar himself was. But right now, where I have him in canon, he has no idea of what to do with himself. He's going to Balmora, as instructed, because he has nowhere else to go.

Charles: For mutants to be safe and recognized as themselves, he'd be happy if all of this happened with Erik at his side.
Moist: To not get caught and have a nice sum hidden away for a rainy day.
William: To see Mark able to have a life that's more than just the ranch and perhaps to have the same for himself.
Jane: To be a published writer, if that could happen while married to Tom she would be happy but she's not hopeful.
Sameth: To use his abilities as Wallmaker to restore the Old Kingdom and to possibly continue his line with Kait, along the way to use what he can do to help anyone he can with what he can make.
Demeter: To see her daughter again and to help those mortals she knows have happier lives.
Tumnus: To help the Pevensies see Narnia prosper, and someday to publish his own history of Narnia.
The Pirate King: To marry a wife who can keep up with him.

Eriond: ...I'm not sure I really have words, at the moment, to adequately frame parts of his goals or what he's willing to sacrifice for them. Mostly because ~God of Goodness~ so basically make the world happy and filled with puppies and kittens. ...Sorry, I'm not good at this today.
Lois: win the goddamn Pulitzer Prize, more often than anyone else in history, and do it writing awesome exposes that fight for truth and justice. (She's Lois Lane, okay, what more do you want.) The occasional breaking-and-entering law gets sacrificed, along with more than a little of her safety and personal life. She... sometimes goes too far and regrets it after, and tries to make up for it with whoever she hurt along the way. (Secondarily, she wants not to be alone, but she's not thinking about that. And it definitely takes back seat to success.)
Tavi: Interestingly, a lot of his motivation eventually reaches back to 'protect my family at all cost.' This is not wholly accurate, of course; he won't be cruel or waste anyone else's life. Arguably his primary directive is 'create a future for what's mine and protect our present regardless of the cost first to myself and then to my resources.' The definitions of 'mine' and 'resources' just grow with time, although frankly his family has a peculiar priority for him. Considering his position, this works out fine. There are lots of nuances of what is and isn't worth the cost, or how other goals like political progressiveness figure in, but that's what it boils down to: create a future and protect the present. (Because who needs to dream big.)

Michael: To find out who burned him and clear his name (at this point in canon). Secondary goal? Probably not be killed or have anyone he cares about get killed.
Gus: Stay out of jail and not die. Secondary? Have a serious girlfriend. And manage to keep his job *and* Psych.
Henry: Live to see Shawn become a responsible man. (Which is sort of happening...) Secondary? Marry the love of his life.
Nobody else is really talking to me right now. :(
