query re: Milliways weather

Does Milliways have seasons? Should we assume it's always a certain season (like summer, which it seems to be), or would it follow Hogwarts weather?

I was told that it followed the weather in Scotland. So it should be pretty cold outside.

I assume that one could use MilliTime if another weather condition was needed.

In the bar itself, things don't really change, but the lake area is Hogwarts' Lake and thus the seasons would pass as they would there. The forest is part of the dreaming, and will pass the seasons as you expect it to pass them.

The forest is part of the dreaming?

I was told the forest was created along with the recreated Hogwart's stuff.

I'm confused... Does this mean that going into the forest counts as going into Dream's domain?

There was a huge discussion about it in milliways_meta, when it was pointed out that the forest wasn't created along with the lake, whomping willow, squid, and shrieking shack. Only part of the forest allows access to the dreaming, as the recent quest revealed. The forest itself is a 'soft place' which means that the content of the forest and the trees in it are dependant on the observer.

I seem to remember Crowley saying it was perpetually nice, and pleasantly warm. But I could just be making that up. :)
