Notifs Are Not Working?

Or at least they don't seem to be at the moment for me. Anyone else having a problem?

ETA: Never mind. Tried to get rid of the notifs to my DW inbox, and turned off notifs. Anyone have any idea how to turn of the former and not the latter?

You can't just yet - DW are overhauling their notification system, and have to do it in stages. They are planning for that to be fixed, tho.
