And then, on Wednesday, watching stuff and thinking no evil, I was ambushed by a new headvoice, so the plan for February is now: retire three (Krampus, Tower, Sirona) and app two (Madame, and that one). Poins stays. For now.

I got hit with life imitating art yesterday. A certain mun koffkoffCassyouarethebestworst sent me a painting of Lucas depicting his yet-to-happen return to Milliways and it gave me all the feels. The only spot I've found for this painting is the wall opposite my bed, so now I'm waking up to this every day.
Also, I did some work this week line editing a short manuscript. It was fun!
I actually did stuff! On Friday, Mulan met Melinda May in a delicious slice of meta. In the sandboxes, I EP'd a furry Hank and he's talking prejudice with Ivan Vorpatril. I also tagged Runner 5, i.e. Abel, with George Bailey from Ex-Heroes and I think they're about to compare zombocalypses. George also tagged his face-sake, Elliot Spencer, for some twisted fun.
And then my daughter had a surprise sleep-over and stole the laptop for Minecraft shenanigans. Hopefully folks won't mind my pausing until later today or tomorrow, as I hate tagging from my tablet.
In RL, I'm finally watching Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and loving it! I love that Hank Pym is competent and on a par with Stark when faced with science. I also love how they manage such a large cast by having missing members actually doing things not Avengers related, i.e. Hank studying vibranium in Wakanda, Hulk spending some time on his own, etc.
My week is improving. I spent most of it sick from a head cold and a rough shark week but I also did more job stuff. Soon I might even be a substitute teacher.
Ivan keeps being loud and I'm tagging him out and gave him another EP, which is open. I think of his various threads this week, my favorite is the one with Melinda May where Ivan's too tired to flirt properly. Also over in MM, he's having a fascinating talk with Laetitia, an Aleran who understands when you're in a family with lots and lots of power. The one with Hank is interesting as he isn't the best one to talk about prejudice in Barrayar but he's trying.
I think my favorite thread of this week was Sameth and Gaeta where Gaeta is getting his new leg. That EP is also still open. This little plot is one that makes me so happy and is a lot of what I love about Sameth, that he creates.
Charles and Jason Todd had another intriguing talk, they bring out such different aspects of the other. I never expected them to bond over being gay/bisexual.
I actually tagged things! Stiles is the only one with active threads right now, and they're all at least a month old, but whatever. This is an accomplishment! (You are all super patient and awesome.)
I've also been working on revamping Stiles' and Carol's icons. Carol's still got some of her Ms. Marvel look that need to be swapped out in favor of her new Captain Marvel identity. (And her new Binary form!!) Fifteen is too few with so many awesome artists drawing Carol lately.
And IRL I have a job interview set up for later this week, so I'll be mentally prepping for that, as well as trying to figure out a polar vortex appropriate interview outfit XD
Definitely that! I think I need to buy some tights as well, and possibly swap out the shell I'd usually wear for a sweater.
I do not like the cold. If I could wear my nice warm snow boots, I would, but even though libraries tend to be relaxed about dress codes, I still don't think that'd fly.
Hi! Ichabod hasn't seen Alanna since before he first went back, right? He hasn't told her anything about Lieutenant Mills and whatnot? I don't THINK he has, but my memory stinks and I wanted to make sure. :D
