Bar's asleep, so unless someone caught them in the act...they should be okay.
The question is: do you want them to have been caught in the act?

Is there a universal drinking age for the Bar when there's a bartender? I've assumed it defaulted to the individual's native drinking age, but just realized I don't remember if that was spelled out.

If there's no bartender, Bar will only dispense alcohol to those of age. What constitutes "of age" is dependent on the patron's homeworld.
If there IS a bartender, and that bartender is under age in their homeworld, then no alcohol can be served at all. Bar just locks that whole thing down.
If the bartender is of age, then it's their discretion.
