Happy Friday, Milliwaysers!
1. Is anyone else having issues with gmail? I am receiving email, but it won't let me send any. Hinkey.
2. IMDb flu! We are a go for the first half of February. I'll scroll back through the original post I made about it, and discover who first offered to be Patient Zero. Then they're it, as long as they're OK with EP'ing towards the middle/end of next week. By Sat 1st February, other people should be catching it, and then hilarity ensues. Cool?
I feel like I should be making some proper official post about how it all works, etc, but I am both lame and happy today. Do we need it? If so, I will get one typed up tomorrow and put it up in the evening. Basically, your pup gets sick and starts acting like another character your PB has played in other projects. If you use a cartoon/comic book PB, I imagine you get to pick a real-world alternative of your choice!
I envision it running about two weeks, given that flu symptoms take a day or so to kick in properly, and then last anything from a few days to a week. Feel free to stretch the length of the actual sickness a little if you like, and if some people can't play until a little later than the first week, that's no worries. Flu is flu; it goes around and comes back, and is generally nasty. I would suggest the whole lot is done for good by the end of the month at the latest.
Questions? Comments? Anyone got a link to a previous, better-thought-out post about this that will make more sense to people? Feel free to stick it up.

ETA: Fi was first up with offering a pup to be Patient Zero, so I've been in touch, and that's a thing that will be happening. #BOOM

Basically, one of their systems hit a bug. This caused things to go wrong for users. Google start looking at what went wrong. Then the same system cleared the error out of the way and got back to doing what it normally did and everything went back to normal. Google are still looking at what went wrong.
