...lol, it just occurred to me that Courfeyrac's entry OOM will be battles and revolution and fighting and stuff!!1! so at least I'll have my hand in.

The next time, we perhaps should schedule the IMDb flu for when apps aren't open, so potential headvoices have time to cool their heels?

On the other hand, inner!Teja looks forward to Robin a lot, because Robin is sensible and down-to-earth and easy to talk to while Javert is trying and Valjean is challenging.

But, hurrah! It will be nice to have a pup that doesn't actively irritate so many people, I should think. Though Valjean certainly doesn't mean to be a challenge, bless him.

Valjean is a challenge to Teja because he's such a good, insightful, helpful person that Teja can't simply dismiss the part of Valjean's convictions that he doesn't share. He is very much aware of the fact that he's promised Valjean to one day tell him about why he hates Christianity on principle; and he is also aware that Valjean might be able to deconstruct the reason for Teja's abhorrence, landing him in a place where he no longer actively hates religion and respects those that find it important.

Thus, he knows Valjean is a challenge to his certainties.-

I love this! Valjean will worry if he considers he might have any such influence on people, but will never feel sorry for helping anyone understand the worth of following God. Oooh, that'll be a great convo. I look forward to it!

I haven't had the time to read much this past week, but every IMDB flu thread I've been linked to so far I enjoyed.

Seconding so many of these! Asami's OOM and the Shephard-Hansen thread I particularly loved, and both Javert as Robin Hood and Valjean as Logan are standouts of IMDB flu. And the entire set of Michaelangelo-Sallie conversations so far is great.
