Today, Milliways, is the first day of Connecticut's Legislative Session, and this clerk is going bananas.

So: Write a short (three lines-ish) fic on your character and First Days.

If you can't think of something, post a character in, and people can give prompts based on the idea of firsts.

I really need to get my hands on Andrea's canon.

I love the series but be warned, it's bloody and I've thrown in a fair bit of head canon for Andrea's past. Sharon for example is entirely my own. Also, Andrea is a back up character except for one novel and short story.

Jeremiah Scripture looked upon his beloved with eyes that seemed lit from within. "Everything, Michael. I hear... everything."

And Divis Mal looked upon all that he had wrought — a world changed forever and unerasably, a can of worms that would never be resealed — and he saw that it was good. And the morning and the evening were the first day.
