So yes, if she can do that, and would tell on him (the latter not necessary), then she is very welcome to be part of it all. He might read as wendigo to her set of culturally imbued perceptions; he appears as that ink-black wendigo shape or stag ('Ravenstag') in Will Graham's visions in their canon.

I think that at the point when it's time to out Hannibal, I'll just throw up a backroom post declaring 'Wendigo Hunt Is Go', and then everybody I have been talking to about this can start setting their own part of it into motion, find out about him, and start telling people about their suspicion. The dynamics of Milliways will most likely take care of the rest.

I don't know the time just yet, as it's ongoing canon I'm going to react to immediately once it happens; I think I'll simply put up a cryptic Back Room post along the lines of 'Perfect storm is go -- you know who you are', post in Hannibal, and then everyone can have at as agreed.
