Weekend DE: Step right up...
So your pup has just been volunteered to host a happy hour, what theme do they run with? If they don't use a theme, what specials do they chose? Beer or wine? Mixed drinks? Shots? Would they do the minimal amount of work or really get into it?

Jess would go for coffee drinks, not exclusively non-alcoholic either, with fancy cupcake sides.
Anton has served before and was given a menu. Despite the menu, he refused to mix vodka with anything, instead serving the ingredients in different glasses and letting the patron mix if they felt so inclined. He would likely stick with straight drinks, no mixing.
Mulan...teas maybe? She doesn't seem like one who drinks alcohol.
Andrea would opt for a Southern flair with Mint Juleps, Hot Toddies, Lemon Drops, and iced tea; while having tap beers and bourbon cause she is a Texan at heart.
Quin would serve blue milk and other weird looking things from his universe and to hell with patrons preference. If it's safe for the humans of his reality, it will be safe for you.
Brimstone would have to be given a menu and would take a long time mixing as he'd be very careful to get things precisely right.

Annabelle Newfield doesn't really TRUST cocktails, as they were used to cover up truly awful alcohol during Prohibition. If Annabelle is tending, the specials would be Whiskey or Whisky. Maybe with some ice.
Ibani doesn't have anything against mixed drinks, but she doesn't know how to mix a cocktail and she's not all that familiar with alcohol. So, something simple possibly. Unless she borrows Quinlan's idea to serve weird things.

Stacker Pentecost is not a big fan of mixed drinks; he's more likely to offer a selection of beers and stouts. He will, however, take some time to read a bartender's handbook and memorize a goodly number of beverage recipes.
Gordon usually attempts some kind of mixed-drink theme but has to consult the handbook for anything beyond the basics.
Ellen may offer a selection of mixed drinks based on a theme if she's in a good mood. If she's had a bad day she'll just put the drinks most common in her world on special- beer, vodka, whiskey, not much more than that. She may offer half off in exchange for useful information or stories. If she's doing mixed drinks she'll do her best to remember to include a non-alcoholic option, although she thinks this is weird (her world has no concept of a drinking age).
Shephard will usually offer variations on the theme of beer. Sometimes he'll try to dig up mixed drink themes. He will almost always offer an extra discount for being taught something new, particularly cuss words and how best to use them.
Medic will do either specific German/Eastern European beers, or old-school cocktails.

(I considered having him take the St. Patrick's Day happy hour again this Monday, but he's had it the past...two years? Yikes. So he'll sit this one out in case anyone else wants it.)
Lou's first bartending gig consisted of an actual brand of beer and soft drinks created by firefighters, which is pretty cool. He has more eclectic tastes, though, so next time, if there is a next time, he'll broaden the menu to include wine and cocktails, and would offer baked goods if he had enough time to whip some up.

I am unsure of what Fairy Fixit would serve, though I figure the fairies with their fungus and tooth based magic can probably come up with very high-proof beers. They would probably loaded with carbohydrates as well, and sweet. May wine seems like a good possibility, too.

Dixie: would go as elegant as she could, with fancy treats and an intimate atmosphere. Champagne would be a must.
Pinkie: ALL PARTY. ALL THE TIME. THE MOST PARTYISH PARTY EVER.
Juliet: Tries to run it the same way she'd run the bar during any charity event she's ever done. "Try" being operative.
Eponine's happy hour shows a bit of her parent's flair, in spite of it all.
