Do your characters have any daily rituals? How stringent are they on keeping them?

I think every morning Jess looks in the mirror and says, "You are not what they made you."

Hank styles his hair every damn morning. And I'm not talking just combing it. He also tidies his room and makes his bed.

Andrea cleans her guns.

Brimstone meditates.

This is taking more thought than I expected. I'll have to think on the others.

I finally started reading the series Brimstone is from! Holy crap I can totally see him. I can't wait to see more of him in the game.

I do need to play him more.

I know Fairy Fixit must perform a systems check for the parts of the network for which she is responsible. But it is not a personal ritual, so she doesn't feel bad for skipping it when there is timey wimey stuff happening or when she is out doing some work in another world. Someone else can cover for her.

Beyond that, for her or my others, I dunno yet.

Mark has the morning ritual of getting up and eating breakfast with his mother (since she prepares it for him). He's started the ritual of checking in with Cecil since taking over his father's job with the Guardians of the Globe organization. Sometimes the latter causes the former to not happen (alien invasions and kaiju attacks do not often wait for breakfast to be over).

Mister Soon-To-Be-Apped* has a morning ritual of going for a run before dawn, followed by a hunt for breakfast. This begins as a survival mechanism, but becomes exercise and ritual when he becomes civilized.

(*Mr. Soon-To-Be-Apped is waiting on me to finish the research, which is about 2/3rds finished.)

Clem: Has a beauty routine that would stun a pageant contestant and she considers keeping up with it an Important Thing.

Dixie: Has a good luck routine before she goes onstage involving a shot of bourbon and a handful of salt pitched over the shoulder.

Juliet: Has her morning coffee out by the pier before popping in to see Shawn before signing on to the duty roster.

Pinkie Pie: Goes from one end of Ponyville to the other spreading happiness and greeting everybody, taking an extra amount of time with anybody who has a birthday.

Eponine: Scrounges the streets for breakfast, which can come from anyplace. She absolutely needs the energy it'll give her for the rest of the day, so she isn't picky.
