DE: I believe
And now your pup is stranded in Neverland, their powers (if they have them) somehow blocked. They need to fly and so must come up with their most happy memory. What is it?

no subject
Mulan: Returning Aurora's heart to her.
Quinlan: Finding Khaleen and his new son after Order 66.
Sam: (HC) Getting his younger cousin to honestly smile while grieving for the recent death of her father. (Actual canon) His first flight in the falcon suit.
Lady Trent: The first time she discovered something new about dragons that no one else had before.
Andrea: Raphael's eyes when they first kissed.
Jess, Ethan, and Brimstone are grounded I am afraid. I'll see if any happy thoughts occur later.

Will: The first time he was told he did a good job by Captain Aubrey.
Katya: Completely and utterly drunk after a horrible fight that they just barely won, at Bear's apartment, listening to him read really really bad poetry while a bootleg version of 'Wizard of Oz' played on the tv and the rest of Moscow got on with their daily lives.
Glorfindel: Falling in love in Gondolin under the midsummer stars. And no, he's not going to tell you about her.
Jemma: The day she met Fitz.
Oswin: "Are you real? Are you actually, properly, real?" "Yep, confirmed - actually properly real." ... it all goes downhill after that, but that one moment was golden.
Clara: When her mum found her the day she got lost by the seaside.
Bones: Holding his daughter for the first time.
Balthazar: Errr. Might be grounded. There's when Merlin first taught him a spell, or when he first met Veronica, but those memories are tied up in so many other things that it might not get him off the ground. Oops.

Eriond: Riding with Horse.
Lois: First Daily Planet headline. (There may be other happy memories associated with flight later that will do just as well...)
Tavi: either the early days of his bond with Kitai deepening; when he was told he could go to the Academy; discovering he could finally furycraft; and once he's further in canon... ah, some others.

And being turned,
And turning Pam. Or perhaps more realizing that he had turned her and that he was glad he had.
Also sex. But I don't think he'd be able to narrow it down to one specific encounter because, well, Eric. Sex.
Elrond: the birth of his children. And Celebrian saying, "You can ask, you know." Because someone was shy and timid.

Bumi: Being underway, with the wind at his back.
Raph: Waking up the morning after his wedding.
Mike: His family. In general
Splinter: The first time he heard his sons speak.
Ida: Has a jetpack. Happy thoughts are irrelevant.
The Loompas: Much as it pains them, their first taste of chocolate.

Huh... I wonder how the whole happy thoughts = flight thing jived with whatever happened in The Pirate Fairy. Um... I probably don't know enough about Neverland fairy canon to even get the names of the movies right, so The Pirate Fairy may not be an actual movie. It is a thing, though, I am sure of it.
Wait. Fairy Fixit has a happy memory that stands out to me at least. The day she finally got her degree. There are most likely others.
edit: Haha, I had it right without looking it up. Ugh, brain. Why do you remember these things?

Juliet: The first time Ewan told her he was proud of her.
Dixie: Her first memory of stepping onstage.
Pinkie: SONIC RAINBOOM.
Eponine: Seeing Marius' face for the first time.
