DE: Late to the game
And another late DE. Sorry folks.
What does your character consider their biggest achievement?

(Although privately there are days when she feels that not having a hyperventilation fit of pure terror at the realization that she is outside and there are no walls and no ceiling is a bigger one.)

It's all the work he did before that, but he's a lot prouder of all his friends and what they did than of himself. Enjolras in a lot of ways regards himself as just a vessel for something greater, and he's proud of any extent to which he could be useful in that capacity.

Enjolras pressed his hand with a smile.
This smile was not ended, and Enjolras had barely had time to knot the flag around the table and hook his ankle through it and double-check his position relative to the window and talk the guards through the choreography, when the report resounded.

other than that, one time he took this girl out to dinner and made the most amazing joke, see, he said...okay, maybe you had to be there

Though he remains pretty chuffed about getting Alex into bed in Milliways.
Javert - at the time, being proved right about Valjean being Madeleine in Montreuil was pretty sweet, as was being the only person who tracked him down in Paris. But with everything that came after, he doesn't consider any of that to be an achievement any more.
Valjean - Cosette. Not only is she is greatest achievement, he sees her as his only achievement. The pride he was beginning to feel about single-handedly revitalising a whole area of France in 1823 got soundly broken when he denounced himself. Because yeah great, he can raise a whole economy and bring medical care and education to people, but one mention of his past can ruin the lives of everyone he tried to help. He's toxic. Cosette is the only thing that matters.
He should credit himself more for the achievement of absolutely denouncing wickedness and turning himself into a fucking saint, but none of that counts as an achievement until he dies and he finds out if he's allowed into Heaven. So, jury's out on that one at the moment for him.
Bruce Wayne - Batman. And holding down a functional and happy relationship with X.
Bruce Banner - his academic success prior to the Hulk.
Courfeyrac - see Bossuet's answer.
Robin - his finest moment is yet to come, but he'll be rightly pleased with it when it does.

Dixie: Her little business empire, for sure.
Juliet: Being the pride and joy of the SBPD. She's earned it the hard way.
Pinkie: How happy she makes others.
Eponine: Saving Marius; overcoming her own selfishness. Protecting Gavroche from her parents until he ran away.
