The only one of mine I can see who might do actual pranks and not snark, is Selina. I think she'd do funny and startling pranks as well. I doubt she's intend to be mean about it.
Actually, I can see Jess doing pranks and she might have a bit of a mean streak if she has a reason, but mostly they are harmless.
Lois only does to people she is very comfortable with or possibly if she knows she won't get caught and hates them. This... may actually be mostly limited to, "Here let me pick on Clark for my personal entertainment." Sometimes Jimmy or Chloe, later Oliver sometimes. But, uh. Mostly Clark. Poor guy.
Tavi, though... when he was a little boy, at some point his mother got highly exasperated with his mischief streak. And he was apparently quite inventive. (Well, Tavi.) He mostly doesn't (can't) exactly do any of that any more, but I expect he will encourage his children in nefarious deeds. And potentially 'accidentally' setting people on fire.
Enjolras: No. No he is not. *laughing* A lot of his friends are to varying degrees, and he doesn't get upset when he's the one being pranked, but his friends are also all really careful to not be actually (intentionally) mean about their jokes.
Cosette: Hmm, she's teasing and a little mischievous, but it's more verbal than prank-style. With a little encouragement she could totally be one, though, and I'm sure she and the other girls at the convent school got up to some hijinks. She never, ever intends to be vicious, and she tends to take everything in good part too.
Thor: Uh. He's been known to get up to some pranking, yes! Not to the extent of Loki, or anything, but he's done his share. (You kind of have to, as Loki's sibling, really.) He never intends to be vicious, but he's definitely been unintentionally crueler than he meant a few times -- sometimes he's noticed and felt awful about it, and sometimes he was totally oblivious that it wasn't being taken in good fun as it was meant. :-/ Depending on the situation, he'll either find it hilarious or get angry, but his anger is pretty flash-in-the-pan on this stuff. He might aim for payback in kind, but he doesn't hold a real grudge.
Trowa: Nnnno. Not really. His sense of humor is bizarre and very deadpan, and occasionally takes the form of "do a thing, see how long it takes someone to notice," but I don't know that I'd characterize it as pranks. Certainly nothing vicious, despite his sense of gallows humor -- he doesn't soften things much, but he isn't a mean guy. He also doesn't get upset as the victim of a prank -- maybe if it was something mean-spirited that genuinely succeeded, but if he was upset he would channel that (not entirely healthily) into scolding himself for not catching on quicker and not being sufficiently paranoid. So, you know. He's pretty paranoid, and his friends are not mean to their friends either; it doesn't come up a lot.
Clare: No. If she was the victim of a prank she might not notice or might not understand what the joke was, but if she did feel like the butt of a joke she might get quietly upset.
River: Maybe kind of. She's mischievous, on occasion. So sure, let's say yes! But she never aims to be vicious. She'd only get upset if the prank was cruel, or if it hit accidentally on one of her triggers, or (mostly) if someone else was hurt.
Regan: Nah, not really. If she was the victim of a prank, she'd laugh if it was harmless and funny and she didn't feel embarrassed or on the spot; otherwise, she'd laugh it off but be upset underneath.
