Character's Name: Ellen Park, Paladin 101

Plot Name: Philly
Plot Summary: Ellen's been sent to investigate the ruins of post-nuke Philadelphia by the Brotherhood of Steel leaders in Washington. The goal is to find out if the ruins of the old General Atomics world headquarters- manufacturers of combat robots and Vault-scale power plants- contain enough viable technology to make sending a full delegation to the city ruins a good idea. Thing is, no one's been to Philly in years, and the place has an active population- which might not be happy about strangers showing up to go through their ruins...
Plot Start and End Dates: Plot's more or less under way. I have no intended close dates just at the moment, as I've got a lot of elements in mind for Philadelphia at the moment and could probably spend a lot of time with side plots for people there.
What you're Looking For: People interested in poking around part of the Fallout universe that isn't the Capital Wasteland. It is probably not a good plot for characters who have objections to killing, due to the nature of the setting.
