I have to pimp the Winter Soldier arc, culminating in the return of Bucky Barnes.

It was two years ago today, as Bucky-mun reminded me, that Bucky fell from the train and Steve announced his death in-bar. Two years, y'all.

Rikki's still in her Steve crisis now, but I think she's on the verge of deciding to try to have 616!Steve back in her life. So if you want to have her run into your Steve before then, it would probably (a) work well with where she is now and (b) possibly be the tipping point she needs.

In the finished slowtimes department, last week I brought Sam in to show off practice his flying skills and he touched bases with Rikki Barnes to end up playing tag with ping pong ball guns. This week, he stumbled upon her in the infirmary and accidentally caused a panic attack which he and Guppy helped her out of. Being who he is, he of course offered her the chance to talk about what happened at a later time.

Pretty much everything with the "Welcome Home" storyline for Rikki has been great. The OOMs have been interesting to write, it's resulted in a lot of cool threads/conversations, and I decided on a way to end it that differs slightly from canon but fixes some problems Rikki has with housing and dog-having.

Also? Barnes family reunion, y'all.

Also, outside of MIlliways things, I filled another square on my h/c bingo card and finally posted some stuff in the Stephanie Rogers as Winter Soldier AU I've got going. It's here if anyone's interested. The trigger warnings and stuff are at the top.

I haven't posted much this week (very family obligations, such pie, wow) but there is plotting! Stiles, Grace, and Raph will soon be headed to Beacon Hills to hunt grumpy werewolves solve crimes in a not at all reckless fashion.

And Mary, having received advice on her marital prospects from a not at all judgmental Pirate King, will soon be making a very important decision™ about telling Matthew... things. Secret things. Also, a war is about to start. Blast.

There has been a ton of lovely threads in the bar lately! The Les Amis OOMs are fantastic, everyone give those a read, and I'm grateful to everyone who has tagged into my stuff.
