Selina would be terrible. Her basic motto would be "whatever".
Tybalt would be another who would be horrible, if I even managed to get his attention long enough. It'd either be a lazy sort of encouragement or he would micromanage.
Sam would be great! He'd give just the right amount of advice/encouragement as well as giving the proper amount of space.
Andrea would be good as a personal trainer but not a life coach. She does extremes too much and hides from her own problems.
Jess would actually be pretty good, if her interactions with Anya are anything to go by.
Quin would be another who is a good motivator, though he might push me a bit farther than I had meant to go.
Ethan would provide too many allowances and excuses to be effective.
Bossuet would possibly be a good counter to my anxiety EXCEPT FOR HOW HE'D ENABLE ALL KINDS OF AVOIDING DOING ANYTHING. You can't make yourself do housework? Eh, who cares. You don't know what you'll do with yourself five years from now when both the kids are in school? Why are you thinking about this?
Gredya on the other hand, is both a terrifying and guilt-inducing life coach.
Stiles would be terrible on both counts. I'm pretty sure I'm better off on my own than taking advice from a teenager who thinks "Let's go look for dead bodies in the woods!" is a good idea, and Stiles is canonically a passable but very klutzy athlete. He does understand anxiety at least? But again, his coping mechanisms are sometimes lacking.
Carol would be actually be good at the life coach part! Supporting other women is something really important to her, and she's able to draw on the experience of her own past to understand what others are going through. As a personal trainer, I don't think the two of us would get along well. Carol's approach to dealing with physical limitations is "I can't punch it, so I'll just ignore it, keep doing the thing, and possibly die because of it!" Plus, even were I in perfect health, I'm not sure trying to keep up with someone who has superhuman strength and speed would be wise.
Mary would be the failiest of fail on both counts. She is terrible at dealing with her own emotional well-being, and I'm not sure she would even understand the concept of a personal trainer. She'd probably take me horseback riding though, so, yay?
Gene - terrible. And also brilliant, because we'd spend most of our lives in the pub and only come out occasionally to be magnificent, and then go back inside again.
On the other hand, he supports City and I'm United through and through, so it's a coach/student partnership doomed to fail.
Javert - THE WORST. Because he'd be all 'do as I say, or you are Wrong' and I'd be all 'stfu bro, like you're such a perfect role model?' and he'd glare and I'd glare, and it just wouldn't work at all.
Valjean - the best in the world, ever. Not because he'd be good at motivating me - he'd be far too soft, and forgiving - but because I couldn't bear disappointing him, or making him sad. I'd do anything he asked to avoid that. *ruffles him*
Bruce Wayne - pretty badass, actually. I like lots of full-contact training and mad stuff, so we'd probably do really well together.
Bruce Banner - too laid back to be any good to me.
Courfeyrac - lol, disaster. We'd just drink all the time. Ace fun, but not too goo for being motivated for Stuff.
Pearly - uhhhh...possibly great, because I'd be fully aware of how he'd slit my throat if I pissed him off. Or even if I didn't. Wins for most terrifying coach, for sure.
New Guy (WHY THE FUCK DO I HAVE A NEW GUY!?) - hahaha, well it could work well for a time, but then I'd bore him and he'd use me as cannon fodder, or as part of a larger play or something.
Henry is not bad, actually, though a kid that young is kind of suspect and I would never really believe it. But sweet.
Eriond is pretty much incapable of not being motivating and at least reasonably successful. Even if I might get a little irritated at some point.
Lois Lane? Life coach? Ahahahahahahahaha uh what. Assuming Lois didn't kill herself or me, I... would probably not kill her, as oh look mentor and idol worship. At least until the charm wore off and I killed her. We'd either get along brilliantly and it would work wonders and I'd manage to take over the world, or we'd kill each other.
Tavi... would not actually be too good at this. He might manage to be motivating in some ways? He's far more likely to motivate me to want to move out of the real world and go work for him.
I dunno about life coach, but he's actually weirdly good at motivation? He just tends to sorta accidentally motivate the wrong people in the wrong ways. So better at motivating than managing, I suppose, but I think it'd get on okay. Everyone can do with somebody telling them things'll turn out okay, right?
Amascut: Ok, I have done some research and have drawn up a list of people you need to kill in order to get ahead in life. Me: ... Me: No. Amascut: You will never go anywhere with that attitude. I spent time on this! Killing these people will make you famous! It will free you from senseless obligations! It will toughen you up! Hey, don't look at me that way; I don't give out life lessons for free.
Fairy Fixit might actually be good for me specifically, but her long lifespan might skew her perspective on things timewise. Spending decades instead of years in school/training isn't too much of an unusual thing for her species.
