Oh heyyyy, I am realizing I don't exactly know the posting etiquette for the Infirmary. Can anyone make a post there, supposing they've already arranged medical care? Or do you need to check with Guppy- and/or Simon-muns as the community mods?

Not either of the mods, but I believe that any of the authorized medical personnel can make an infirmary post. (They're the ones who are members of ways_infirmary!)

I don't know what Simon's mun is doing, but Charlotte is coming off lates today, that is, will be online after midnight UK time, if at all. Hannibal still has posting access to that comm, but IC-ly his permission to work in the infirmary has been revoked, so how urgently do you need that post?

Well, as Joly will be taking infirmary duty as well, I suppose that he'll get posting access.

Right now he's still kind of a newbie with all the tech/I don't have posting access, so. :P (although if all the power goes out in the middle of active combat/a disease outbreak, and they have to make due with extremely basic first aid, he's got experience! Yaaay,19th century, you were horrible.)

Joly's going to be staff so if you go to ways_infirmary and ask for membership I should be able to set you up to do your own post. If I don't hear from you before I go to bed, I'll put you a generic one up to play off; if you specifically need Guppy it'll have to go to slowtime.

As for etiquette - there isn't any specifically, IC Hannibal is banned from practicing but there's no problem with him posting. We've had both medics and frequent patients put their own posts up. You just need to join. The only reason you'd need to run it past me or Batya is if you're doing something we'd need to know about, like filling it with smallpox or something.
